Company said I received my order but I never did. Then they told me they would issue me a refund then changed their mind and said they wouldn’t then also in the same email chain said they we send me a new order but also changed their mind. They never provided a proper tracking for this country so there is no way to confirm where the order went but it did not come here. It is the wordt customer service I’ve ever dealt with do Not waste your money it’s a scam company.

Achtung Abzocke ! Mit der Brille sieht man nur verschwommen. Zudem ist der TRahemn verbogen udn drückt. Die Brille ist daher komplett unbrauchbar. Vom Kundenservice wird man nur hingehalten und soll die Retoure auch noch auf eigene Kosten (40-50 Euro) in die USa zurück senden und dann nur 70% des Kaufpreises ( 78,- Euro ) zu erhalten. Wohlgemerkt für eine komplett unbrauchbare Brille . Nie wieder Lensmart … das ist rausgeschmissenes Geld !!!

Große Probleme bei der Rückgabe, ewig lange Diskussionen, hohe Rücksendungskosten. Mehrmals falsche Produkte geliefert. Finger weg!

1 Star Very disappointing experience. I placed my order and waited 16 days just to receive a shipping confirmation. During that time, I was told there was a defect found during their quality inspection process, which caused additional delays. This issue was entirely on their side, yet I was expected to accept long wait times without a proper solution. Customer service was also frustrating. Communication was extremely slow — often only one reply per day, usually during the middle of the night, with little follow-up or clear answers. It felt very difficult to get straightforward information about my order status. After repeated complaints, they finally agreed to expedited shipping, but only after a long back-and-forth. Overall, the process was stressful, slow, and poorly handled. I would not recommend ordering here if you expect timely service or reliable communication.

When trying on glasses online they make them for your face so when you receive them and they don’t fit your face it is impossible to return. I have spent a week with customer support messaging me at night since that is their hours and still do not have an address to return. Unless you know for sure you will keep the glasses, do not purchase from here

Terrible customer service. Charged my credit card immediately and then asked a series of questions about my prescription. I answered them and never heard from them again. Phone number listed for the company doesn’t work, I’ve sent 8 emails over the span of 6 weeks and have heard nothing. Product hasn’t been delivered and there’s nothing more than I can do. I’ve disputed the charges with mastercard and am waiting for resolution. The positive reviews this place received are likely Chinese bots… I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy, let alone anyone else. Update/Response to their response: I wrote this review with my google account. That is not the account I used when dealing with you (I used my account through my ISP) so I find it interesting that you’d say “we only received one email from you”. That’s impossible since you’ve never had any dealings with this account. Further dishonesty from your company. It took you 24 hours to reply to a negative review, but you still haven’t responded to my final emails - especially the one asking for the order to be cancelled and refunded. This should show the public that you suck even more than I initially stated.

SCAM! Please do yourself a favor and don’t order glasses from them. My glasses arrived in an envelope, the cheap case was fully cracked and the glasses bent! I contacted them, they answer once a day in the middle of the night (glasses arrived from china, so I assume they sit in china as well), with autogenerated answers it seems, that repeat themselves over and over. I told them the product arrived damaged and they asked me 7 times so far for more pictures. I don’t know how many more pictures I’m supposed to send, which I told them as well. Then they asked for a video, I told them I had sent enough evidence of a damaged product and that I would like to send the glasses back and receive a refund. After 15 (!!!) emails going back and forth, they still have not given me the return address and are telling me they don’t see anything wrong on my broken glasses and they need to see more evidence before they can provide me with return address and how much money I would be refunded. Their policy (my mistake for not reading it) states you only receive up to 70% back if returning your glasses, but they have not even told me any amount I’d receive back for the broken glasses. Oh, and you have to pay for return shipping as well. So I am out $145 because they sent me broken glasses I cannot wear. Do yourself a favor and DON’T order from them!

Lensmart refuses to comply with UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, I have 14 days to return items, but they refuse returns on 'sale items'. I have had to initiate a bank chargeback. Avoid. Order number : C26040550975510875
