The customer service was really good
The customer service was really good. I wanted to change my order after I realised I chose the wrong lens and within a few days, it was changed. The cs agents put my order on hold to give me time to decide on which frame I wanted to get.

I’m genuinely impressed with my glasses from Lensmart. The quality exceeded my expectations, from the frame finish to the clarity of the lenses. They feel lightweight but still sturdy, and the fit is very comfortable for everyday wear. Ordering was straightforward and the design options are beautiful. I chose a bold frame and it looks even better in person than it did online. The lenses are clear and the prescription is perfect. Overall, a really great experience and I would definitely recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for stylish, well-made glasses at a great value.
