This was my first time ordering from Lensmart. The ordering process was smooth, and I was happy with my purchase. I then experienced an issue with a side piece on my frames. Customer service was fantastic. Once they understood the issue, they sent a replacement pair of glasses. I will definitely consider buying from Lensmart in the future.

I recently ordered a pair of glasses from Lensmart, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, efficient, and exceeded my expectations. The website was easy to navigate, with a wide selection of stylish and affordable frames. The virtual try-on feature was especially helpful in narrowing down my choice. Ordering was simple, and I appreciated the clear updates throughout the process. The prices are fantastic—far better than I’ve seen with many other companies—and the selection is impressive, with plenty of great options to choose from. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I had a couple of questions before and after placing my order, and the support team was incredibly responsive and helpful. They replied quickly, were friendly and professional, and made sure all my concerns were addressed right away. It made the whole experience feel very reassuring. When my glasses arrived, I was genuinely impressed. The quality of both the frames and lenses is excellent—lightweight, comfortable, and exactly as described. The prescription was accurate, and my vision was perfect immediately. Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend Lensmart to anyone looking for affordable, high-quality eyewear backed by excellent customer service. I will definitely be ordering from them again

It took a little bit longer to receive my item, but it was worth it! I really love the style of this glasses. So much more than I expected!

The glasses from Lensmart are so stylish and comfortable! I don’t have any issues with them slipping or sliding, they stay in place and feel great. They have perfect staple options, as well as so many fun trendy glasses at an affordable price. I love how they elevate every outfit. I definitely need more! :)

Gyorsabban ideért a rendelésem mint vártam. Nem az első rendelésem, viszont eddig mindig elégedett voltam. Jó minőség, megfizethető ár!

This was our first time ordering glasses online so we were a little nervous. My daughter accidentally ordered the wrong color for her lenses for her glasses (pink instead of grey lenses) and they were so nice and helped us get that situated. The lenses she actually wanted are currently on our way to us. Even with the virtual try on when she received one of the frames she didn't like the way they sat on her face in person and yet again they were so helpful in getting her a different frame. The option to be able to change out the lenses at home vs sending them back was also nice so we don't have to deal with the whole sending them in and waiting for them to be returned and they also sent a very simple video demonstrating how to replace the lenses ourselves. We love lensmart so much we've already placed our second order.

Exellence quality and service, nice prices. I really recommend Lensmart!

Love that I got to try new styles of glasses (different shapes, sizes and colour) at such an affordable price. So good!!
