The best experience I had with Lensmart...
I had the best experience with Lensmart. The customer service is great, they are so prompt in terms of responding and proving the best solution to the problem. There was an issue with my lens, and they patiently took me through some steps, when that did not help they offered to replace them. I did not feel like the purchase was online, the way they handled everything was professional. I am definitely buying from them again and recommending them to family and friends. Can't wait to rock my new glasses when they arrive 😊👌🏽

I tell everyone about your company!
I had never ordered glasses online so I was quite leery. My glasses arrived and I was beyond thrilled! I have worn them for over a year and decided to buy a new pair with transitional lenses. I could not find my original prescription so I reached out to the company. They were able to find it in their records with my old order number. I LOVE this company!

Lensmart nailed it with the Zailani frames! They give off the sweetest, chicest vibe while still being totally hot and eye-catching. Super lightweight, ridiculously comfortable, and they instantly make any outfit look put-together. Easily my absolute favorite pair!

What an excellent company!
What an excellent company! One pair arrived with a defect and they quickly remade the order. They had clear and regular communication and updates for me.
