Absolutely loving my new frames from Lensmart! I have trouble finding a flexible frame that doesn’t squeeze my ears or temples- these are the best and ao comforting.

I’ve had a really great experience with Lensmart glasses. The quality feels solid, and the frames are both stylish and comfortable to wear all day. I’ve received so many compliments on them, which really shows how great they look in everyday wear. The Candice model has a feminine feel, while the Varnika gives a more bold and edgy look. They feel durable and well-made, even with regular use, and I’d definitely recommend them.

I loved how prompt the Lensmart team were when responding to my emails. The emails were not only patient, friendly and informative but it made it easier for me to respond and explain myself without sounding aggressive or insulting.

Beautiful eyeglass frames and functioning lenses. I made two orders to Lensmart with different prescriptions.My first order made on 14th of March for Progressive lenses arrived 31st of March.So it took just around 2 weeks which is pretty quick.I am very happy with all frames and lenses function as they should and are of high quality.My second order for distance lenses will also arrive soon.I made changes to my distance lens prescription afterwards and customer service was very careful and asked many questions to get it right. Due to different time zones customer service was not as smooth as I would have liked but understandably so.They answered every day though. I paid 10% fee to change the order as it had already gone to manufacturing but I was happy to pay it.I absolutely love these Multifocal progressive lenses from my first order. I will be ordering more because their glassframe selection is so wide and stylish ,so many great frames to choose from.I m happy I took a chance to try Lensmart out.I recommend them and will be ordering more.I paid with paypal which is important for me to be extra safe.I did not have any problems with my orders now but I appreciate being able to pay with paypal.I would not have ordered if there was no paypal option.Thank you Lensmart ,great deal and prices really are so good.

I contacted Lensmart customer service because I needed to correct my PD after placing my order. They responded quickly and helped me update the information. The communication was clear and professional. So far, I’m satisfied with their support.

I sent a message on facebook and an email regarding my coupon i forgot to add and they came back to me soon after advising that they will add the coupon on for me and refund me the difference. I was surprised at their fast and positive response, this is my second time ordering and I am so happy with the quality of the lenses

Everything was great, the glasses are beautiful and really good. I hade to change the shipping address and the custom service workers were really nice and helpful. Thank you for everything!
