This was actually a gamble purchase. I have made bought online before, from other companies, but this was after I have heard friends and family telling me about their experiences, their reviews made me buy from those stores. Lensmart purchase was a totally different matter. My daughter is in university and had sight problems. As an unemployed parent, I could not afford to take her to local Opticians because they charge an arm and a leg. However, I had seen posts on social media about Lensmart and I took it upon myself to try it. I nearly got a heart attack though after loading the prescription and paying, I did not get a following email confirmation payment (this usually happens from those other online stores), I then sent an email to the Lensmart customer service department, and I got a response alerting me that all is in order. I nearly blamed the Friday 13th that I had lost my money, but that email from Lensmart really helped and I was hopeful. From then on, I logged on to the tracking system and I could trace my order. I was disappointed by the local courier though, but this was amended and I eventually received my glasses. My daughter has never been happier, the lens is the correct one. She also has the best frame. I also need glasses, and I am definitely getting them from Lensmart. I am now telling everyone about Lensmart.

They were super fast with delivery the ordering process was efficient and the glasses are absolutely beautiful and in the right prescription will definitely order from here again!
