It was easy to enter my prescription & process went smoothly. The eye frame are pretty in person and fits well, not to mention the price point is worth it. I would recommend them , you won’t be disappointed.

I didn’t have any problems getting my glasses, but a screw fell out on one of the arms. I can not find a screw to fit. Are they special screws that I have to order from you? I need my glasses, I’m wearing an old pair right now. I purchased my glasses from you the beginning of Spring.

Edited new review: I was able to get a hold of Lensmart customer service after putting my initial 3 star review. I wanted to change my frames and they were able to get it. It did take 5 weeks to get but I am happy to report that the glasses are exactly what I asked them to change it to and they look amazing! I love them!!! So thank you for responding and changing my glasses! ————————————— I am having a hard time getting in touch with this company. Their email that is posted everywhere, keeps sending my emails back to me or undelivered. I really want to modify my order and I’d really appreciate if they can contact me. Love love love my new glasses. Gave 4 stars because I was not happy with the delivery of DHL, but the frames and script are wonderful!! Very happy with the product!

I just ordered however the shipping address changed as I push send and I can't edit. I can't get through o. The phone number. I was able to change in account but it still shows wrong shipping address. Will contact PayPal to cancel as I'm thinking this is fake as there is no contact number that os valid.

I had received sunglasses that I had ordered but they did not have my prescription as ordered. I contacted lensmart immediately and was sent the email for the department to contact. They followed up and after two days advised that my ordered sunglasses are e route. I have ordered before and have been very satisfied with my glasses and no issues. Five stars for the review once I receive my glasses 🤓

Update.... I finally received my replacement lens and had them installed. Now the glasses are perfect. I just ordered some for my parents. I am really hoping there are no issues this time. Back again with another review.... first off, I ordered 2 pairs in January. There was miscommunication because the email went to spam. Once that was resolved I received my FIRST two pairs in March. They were perfect. I was so impressed I purchased two more pairs. Fast forward to now. I received the SECOND pairs that I ordered. Frames were great.... prescription not. I emailed to see what could be done. At first I was told to just adjust to them. This upset me because they should have been the same exact prescription as the first two pairs. Finally after multiple emails we came to the conclusion that the left lens is incorrect. I request the left lens be remade and sent and I would install myself. Now they keep asking me for a video on how the glasses work. I didn't understand what they meant so I asked "what do you mean a video of how the glasses work??" Their response was the same. "Send a video of how the glasses work"...... I put them on my face like any normal person would. I might be stupid, but how else do glasses work??? Now I am beyond frustrated. I just want my correct prescription and I want it to be the same as the initial pair I purchased a few months ago. WHY IS THIS SO DIFFICULT?!??!? The 2 stars is because I actually really like the glasses, but the custom service is ridiculous. PLEASE JUST SEND ME THE CORRECT LENS!!

Honest reviewer here. I sometimes feel like places use fake people to make reviews so I wanted to post my own. First off Lensmart popped up on my Facebook and it seem a little to good to be true. It was and it wasn't. I purchased 4 pairs prescription glasses for a total of 58 dollars. Yea 58 dollars. All pairs seem to be in stock for my understanding, seeing they were able to be chosen from. 2 weeks passed and I haven't heard anything from Lensmart. I then call the number on the website (which is pointless) and it tells you to just email them. So I do and don't hear anything for a couple days so decided to check spam and they had responded and It went to spam. They said the pair 'EVERETT' chose wasn't in stock and I could pick something else. So I did. 2 days later I received an email confirming they had been sent. It took about 3 weeks so a total of 7 weeks in order to get my glasses. It has been 2 days since I have received my glasses. And I love them. All are beautiful and very good quality frames and the prescription is spot on. Now thay they are here I am very pleased. As long as it isn't an emergency, I will order again.
