I bought frame and multifocal lenses from Lensmart last november, my lenses supposed to be anti-scratch and considering that I been wearing and in need of glasses since the age of 6 and now i am 48 I know how to take care of my glasses but my lenses are now both scratched in the actual same point for both. So i contacted Lensmart for help and possible replacement I only received as an answer that the lenses are not covered from warranty and an offer of discount fon another purchase. the lenses should not scratch on the first place don't buy from this company

Do not I repeat do not buy from this company there is no wsy u can exchange or send back the quantity is awful i have other online eyeglasses from they are good i should have never ordered and no they never sent a replacement and now suddenly they sent the address after making this review keep in mind this bickering back and forth has been going on two weeks they will only refund u 70 percent of the money back plus u have to pay for shipping maybe if u have a simple prescription might be ok but definitely not progressive lenses After making this review they have messaged me a few times explaining that only will they pay for shipping if its a quality problem!! But it is , the quality is crap u need to be able to see thru your glasses

I ordered reading glasses and uploaded my prescription, I then got an email querying if I wanted prescription reading glasses, so Iw sent it to them again then got an email asking for pupil distance,so I replied, then ANOTHER email querying whether I wanted customised prescription not just magnified reading glasses, so I again told them I wanted customised and uploaded my prescription again. They arrived today, they are barely better than clear glass, they magnify minutely. But not to my prescription, I have one eye long sighted and one slightly near sighted, so my vision shifts noticeably when putting my glasses on, that doesn't happen with these. Again given the multiple emails exchanges to get them I am not sure I can be bothered to return and try and get a refund!! Annoying waste of money.

Today, with the help of the bank /chargeback/, I received a refund from this company. I really don't understand the business policy of this company. I can see that the goal is to take the money, not send the ordered goods, and waste time with unnecessary communication so that it is not possible to ask the bank to implement the chargeback. I was looking forward to new glasses, but instead I was disappointed. Lensmart never again!

Save your money. Frames are cheaply made, clip on sunglasses do not fit on correctly and lenses themselves are poorly designed. Tried to get a refund as they are unwearable and after 2 weeks I am still waiting for a resolution.

Ich habe 3 Brillen bestellt. Eine davon defekt. Seit dem 24. 4,sprich schon fast einen Monat, diskutiere ich mit denen und im Endeffekt kam nichts bei raus. Ich soll die Brillen zurückschicken auf meine Kosten nach USA, Versandkosten gehen IMMER auf den Käufer und kostet 45€ Minimum. Also Achtung!!!! Ich habe es satt mit Lensmart zu kommunizieren. Ich habe noch NIE eine komplizierteste Vorgehensweise erlebt!!!! Ich bestelle nie mehr wieder! Ein Alptraum

AVOID - UNUSABLE PRODUCTS AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered two pairs of glasses with my normal prescription that has been great with other online glasses companies, but from here they were completely blurry. Contacted customer service for a refund and they made endless excuses to avoid giving one, asking me to pay postage to the USA (that would cost more than the refund) and to go to an opticians and have them verify the glasses are faulty (no opticians would do this for glasses that are not theirs). I have never left a negative review before but when they have send a completely unusable product and then refused to refund or help in any way - should be avoided, much better alternative online shops with good products and customer service.

This company is one of the most unethical companies I have dealt with ever. They want proof that they made my glasses wrong. I’ve told them to send a shipping label and I will send them back so they can see but that’s not good enough. They want video proof. Not sure how what that does. They told me they won’t refund. And they said they didn’t do anything wrong yet I ordered two pairs and one I can see perfect out of and this pair I can’t. This company is a scam.
