My sunglasses were too wide for my face and wouldn’t stay on my face. My progressive glasses were crooked so I was looking out of one prescription with my left eye and a different prescription out of my right eye. After sending pictures to prove the problems Lensmart has offered to make things right and replace the glasses. I anxiously await their arrival.
