I ordered my glasses a few weeks ago and was getting annoyed that I still have not received them. I Commented on their Facebook page. I immediately received a dm asking for my order number. 2 days later my beautiful glasses came in the mail. I could not believe how on top of it their customer service department is. I love my 2 pairs that I ordered and will definitely be ordering more.

I purchased my glasses in December 2022. They looked fabulous, but the lens was not correct for my proper vision. I immediately contacted customer service, and they were very gracious to redo my prescription order which I finally received in March much to my satisfaction. I’m so happy they look great. I can see clearly and they are exactly as I hoped they would be. CS was very patient and very truthful in their delivery. I am a satisfied customer.

My glasses took a really long time to get to me, however, when they did arrive my glasses were perfect. I love them! Thank you lensmart!

The packaging is really nice! Proper case in a nice shipping box with a complimentary lens wiping microfibre cloth. The sunglasses themselves look very nice, but I'm not sure the script is 100% correct. The numbers are identical to a normal pair of glasses I got recently, in fact the same script produced these sunglasses. But when I wear them they feel like they are 'pulling' my eyes a little. It may just be the shape. The shipping was an issue. The delivery did not get scanned out correctly and only got caught when 2 weeks later I noticed I'd not heard anything and the original tracking url did not find anything. But - after I inquired, Lensmart's people fixed it straight away and were quite helpful overall. About a week later my glasses duly arrived. My verdict: for the price Lensmart cannot be beaten. The product is good enough. Don't use them if you need something in a hurry. The main takeaway is that they deliver a good product very CHEAPLY, and also their support is very helpful (broken english but here we are).

Absolutely adorable glasses. Be patient with shipping. Did take over a month to receive. Will buy again!

Adore their product glasses are awesome. i will make another purchase. glasses from my doctor costs me 850- and are not the greatest one. Lensmart glasses are fantastic and absolutely beautiful. very happy. however, they shipping is brutal, takes forever and ever.

I ordered and paid for a new pair of glasses on 12/4/22. Lensmart sent me a tracking number and a week later I contracted USPS and they have NO record of this shipment or tracking number. Sorry I have received my glasses and all is good. Slow response but they need to inform when they ship!

I ordered my glasses on 11/07. Lens preparation started on 11/08. Shipped on 11/12. Received glasses on 12/01. If you’re impatient I suggest skipping this website. But you would be missing out on some very beautiful, affordable glasses! I was scared to order because of the reviews but the glasses on the site was my style & the prices are unbelievable. I caught a deal and ended up paying $35 for my prescription glasses. I will be suggesting to my family and friends. I’m already looking for more pairs to order!
