Lensmart are thieves
What I’m still trying to understand is how this package was mailed out in the first place when, throughout our previous conversations, your team repeatedly stated that the address I provided was incorrect or invalid. Looking back at our message history, there were multiple instances where I was told that another address would be needed because my address supposedly could not be verified. However, I provided proof that other vendors have successfully shipped to and delivered orders to this exact same physical address without any issues. Given that history, I don’t understand how the order was ultimately processed and shipped while there were still ongoing concerns about the validity of my address. The situation is contradictory and raises serious concerns about how this was handled. At this point, I will not be contacting the post office regarding this matter. Instead, I will be moving forward with submitting a claim, as I believe the responsibility for this issue falls on your company. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will also be updating my review to reflect how this situation was handled. What is most upsetting about this situation is the apparent lack of accountability. Rather than addressing the fact that I never received my order or a refund, I am being asked to place a new order, with the only resolution offered being a 25% discount. I do not understand how that is considered an appropriate solution when the original issue remains unresolved. I paid approximately $160 for merchandise that I have neither received nor been reimbursed for. From my perspective, asking me to spend more money before resolving the first transaction is unreasonable. At this point, I am simply seeking a fair resolution: either delivery of the merchandise I paid for or a full refund. Until that happens, I do not consider this matter resolved, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how it has been handled.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your package initially failed to arrive, but we noticed the post office re-delivered it and it has now been successfully delivered. If you still haven't received it, we noticed you added the "Worry-Free Delivery" protection to your order. Please note that Seel is the dedicated partner responsible for handling any shipping-related issues under this protection plan. According to the insurance company, you have successfully filed a claim, and they are currently reviewing it. Once confirmed, a refund will be arranged for you. Thank you for your understanding.
