Great customer service!
I ordered a pair of prescription glasses but I put in the wrong number for my PD, so I messaged customer service about it and they helped make sure I got the correct number put in for my glasses. They even told me what apps to download so I could double check the correct PD number. They did a wonderful job straightening out the issue for me! 🙂

Immediate attention to my question
I contacted Lensmart with a question regarding their clip on sunglasses. I sure appreciate the immediate response to my concern! My daughter is extremely pleased with their glasses. I’m excited to place my first order!

Spokojenost
Velmi oceňuji rychlé a vstřícné vyřízení reklamace. Komunikace byla bezproblémová a zákaznický servis reagoval rychle. Celkově velmi dobrá zkušenost, jak s dodáním brýlí, tak i s jejich reklamací.
