Doesn't reply back to new customers

I ordered (5 pair) glasses on November 11th from Lensmart, on this same exact day I ordered 2 pair from Kenni. Both businesses received their money that exact day. Within the day I received an Email from ZENNI giving me a confirmation, a customer receipt for my purchase and a tracking number for when I wanted to see where my package was...this is standard professional business protocol. Most online ordering this occurs... Two weeks ago I received both pair of my glasses from Zenni. Loved them.so much I ordered 2 more pair and they will be here tomorrow. That's 2 separate orders at 2 different times received all info as stated above both times... I have received no such response or tracking or such from Lensmart, I did however receive an Email telling me to be patient and how they will be here soon. Still no tracking info, still NOTHING. I will be contacting my cc card company in a few more days, making it over 30 days since my purchase to have my money refunded. Go ZENNI, they are the best, great customer service and the glasses are solid frames, not cheap or flimsy. Only place I will buy glasses from here on out. 300+dollar lesson learned. They also say they are out of California NOT....SO BUYERS BEWARE Pissed off customer

Was so excited to get my glasses! I love the frames so much! But very disappointed when I put them on, can’t even wear them because everything is blurry.

When I received my glasses I liked the look of the frame but they were no where even close to my prescription, I could not see or even read out of them. I have reached out to them several times to get this fixed and they just keep giving me the run around. Time to file a complain with BBB

Don’t buy from these company, they probably wrote fake reviews on here. I looked up the company and it says Scam. I was charged $105.00 for two pairs of glasses. I never my glasses. I tried calling them, the contact number is fake , no one awnsers. They email with an email that just has two initials , no contact name , so you can’t even complain to a live agent. Good thing I payed with PayPal I was able to dispute it and get a full refund. It’s a scam company, save your money.

The glasses are pretty. Purchase two pair (expensive for readers) but for fashion, I understand. The glasses with Rhinestones broke easily and became so frustrating, I threw away a $45 pair of glasses. I reached out to CS and requested a discount to buy another pair (I wasn't asking for a free pair; however this pair lasted less than 90 days). I was offered a discount (IF) I left a 5 star review, snapped a picture and sent it back to them for 25% off. I told them I'd rather leave the review they deserved verses being dishonest. Highly disappointed - but no worries, lots of people selling fashion glasses.

Terrible company. Lots of misinformation. Terrible communication. First I didn't get glasses because they messed up the address, then they said they r shipping it again but had to contact them...still not tracking number. I clicked the back button and my order reverted to default color which I contacted to change which they said they did now they are telling me no they are sending me a different color. I asked why if they are simply returning an item why would they have a different color. They said that bc the color I want is out of stock. I repeated why would it change if just returning..then they said that packages get lost all the time. Just giving me the run around. Not worth the headache to even deal with such a company. Still no glasses now by the sounds of it I need to wait several weeks. 🤦🏾‍♀️Would Not recommend and very frustrating to communicate with
