Hi I wrote a review after several emails and no response. And he same day someone responded saying they sent me a email to verify my prescription, and apparently I didn’t receive it… Which I went looking for and did not see it… After responding on here, wish I could get a email sent to my email so that I can reply and give needed information… please respond to my email so info where I can contact the needed person about my order Please and Thank You

Would also give 1 star if possible Purchased 4 pairs of glasses. None matched my prescription. They asked me to resend the prescription, which I did. Their response, "yep, that matches the lenses we put in" How Do They Know?? They didn't have the glasses to check. They just looked at the prescription and said "Yep... that's what we made" Excellent memory since it took nearly 3 months for me to receive the glasses and I'm assuming they'd made some more since then... Spoiler alert - the lenses definitely did not match Lensmart will not cover return shipping, even when they are in the wrong. You will pay more for return shipping than the glasses. Total scam Save your eyes and your money. **re - the reply The prescription DOES NOT MATCH THE LENSES - so you do not check very well. How can you look at a copy of the prescription and assure me that the lenses match, when I have the glasses?? What are you comparing it against?? Look at all of the other customers who have had the same trouble. STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE! Buyer beware - this company ships from China but claims to be from California. They also ask people to delete negative reviews. "We confirm receipt of your Email. Our return address is in USA. And our warehouse is also in USA. You just need to return it to USA. Could you delete the bad review?" If your warehouse is in the US - why did my glasses ship from China???? Re. Re - reply - If the glasses you sent had the CORRECT PRESCRIPTION then I wouldn't be needing to return them. Can we stop ignoring the fact that you sent me and apparently a number of other customers THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION! This is a dangerous practice. STOP doing that!

I received glasses that are not the correct prescription in the right lens. I have used the same prescription to order from clearly.ca and my glasses were perfect. I have been emailing lensmart and they just keep saying what they sent me was correct!! I am emailing them back telling them they are not at all correct! Very poor customer service. Actually no customer service at all. As well when you call their number they provide it is just a voice mail telling you to email. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This was the worst online experience I've ever had. It took 2 months to get my order, then it's taken another month to get my refund, because the glasses were horrible. DO NOT use this company!

If 0 stars was an option, that is really what my rating would be. Do not waste your time or money on their glasses. They are cute and affordable, however, I have been sent the incorrect pair of glasses twice now. They are not even close to what I ordered. And you have to wait about 3 weeks each time to get them. You also have to do everything through email, even though their website says they have live chat or you can call. Voicemail when you call says to send email and hangs up on you. No way to start a live chat that I can find in the web page. Still waiting to hear if I can just get a a refund at this point.

Let me say if it were possible to give 0 stars I would. I ordered glasses from lensmart. I ware progressive bifocals. The glasses I received had no prescription on the sides of the lenses. All of my prescription was in the middle of the lenses. I was told that's the way its supposed to be. No offer of a refund or any attempt to fix the problem. All they said was sorry for your inconvenience

I ordered on 12-4 and still have not received them. You cannot reach a live person, you get no information tracking has not changed. I do not recommend this company it is not worth the time. Poor service..you get what you pay for...

I would give a zero star if I could. I don't know where my order is as the tracker details sent where not clear. Also the emails addresses online bounce back and the phone number is not monitored. If anyone from lensmart is monitoring this please contact me , my order no is CC0240355383474864.
