Don’t give it a negative 5 because It’s not an option bought my glasses in October 2021 and to this day I haven’t gotten them no email nothing all it says still processing…🤬🤬

Purchased a pair of glasses from this company. When I got them in the mail the prescription was wrong and I could not see out of the lenses at all. I’ve been wearing glasses all my life I can tell the difference between and adjustment period of wearing glasses and the prescription being wrong. This is wrong I can’t see at all through the lenses. When I reach out they let me know I should wear these wrong prescription glasses for 5-7 days to get use to them. There is no way my eyes will ever adjust to these lenses. I took them in to my optometrist and they tested the lenses and they are WAYYYY off. Not even close to what I ordered. So I reach out again and explain to them that I can’t adjust the lenses when they have the wrong prescription in them and I’d like to get a refund. In order for me to get a refund I need to pay for shipping. They made a mistake. They sent me the wrong prescription. I confirmed my prescription with them and it’s exactly what I ordered. So now I have to pay out of pocket for this company’s mistake if I want a refund for these glasses. Terrible glasses and even worse customer service. I will never purchase from this site ever again. Buyer beware!!!

First off you don't realize until you get your shipping info that they are coming from China! Frames are cute .....for 6.95 they are worth it. Wouldn't pay much more tho....I sent them my exact script my Dr emailed me.....I can't even begin to see out of the glasses they sent me. Try live chat online, it tells you to call 800 number.....call 800 number it tells you to email ....email and get no response. Had to dispute with my cc company. Horrible experience....I'll stick with Zenni....also I tried to comment on fb....they just blocked me from posting on their page and deleted my comments....that's why everyone says how great they are....because they delete the ones that done and don't allow actual reviews!!! BEWARE! Response to Lensmart......I've already done that, you asked for my script again which you already had and nothing.... Second response to Lensmart......I DID NOT FILE WITH THE WRONG SCRIPT! My script is saved to my profile, so I can go back and look and the script I entered is correct. I also sent you the copy of my script from my eye Dr....STOP LYING!! Your generic answers are ridiculous, and to blame it on the customer instead of fixing your mistake is absolutely disgusting. And there is NO EMAIL.....I have checked all my emails including spam and NOTHING! I stand with my review.....

I’ve been trying to contact the company because I haven’t received and emails or anything. Only just a text. Every time I go on the site to check my order it keeps saying the code give me is not right. When clearly it’s right. So I have no way of knowing when I’ll receive my order. I ordered prescription glasses which means I need them. I paid almost $100 for two pair. I’m gonna have to dispute it with my bank. Please don’t order in this website, I think it’s a SCAM & scammers are operating this website. I ordered mine 1/10/22 but up to now haven’t received it. When I checked the order tracking it’s been always in the “processing” status. They’ll respond you but I think it’s electronic that answers your email. I just leave them up to the Lord. They can’t escape from God.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.!!!!!!! THEY WILL STATE YOU ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING AND WILL NOT GIVE A REFUND OR REPLACE THE GLASSES. MY DAUGHTER NEVER RECEIVED HER GLASSES EITHER. WE ORDERED OUR GLASSES THE SAME DAY USING DIFFERENT SHIPPING ADDRESSES. THEY CONTINUE TO LIE AND SAY THE PACKAGE IS AT THE POST OFFICE WHEN IT IS NOT. I OPENED AN INVESTIGATION AND THE POSTMASTER INFORMED ME THE PACKAGE IS NOT THERE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE SORRY. THEY ARE THIEVES. BUY FROM ZEELOOL OR VOOGUEME. They know the glasses are not at the post office and they entered the incorrect zip code. This is why I have an email from them stating, they apologized for entering in the incorrect information and would be willing to send a refund if I removed my complaint from Trustpilot. Please read all the other reviewer's comments stating the same issue. They are liars. My package is not at the post office. Let your voices be heard. Inform Google, Facebook, Karma, After Pay etc., that consumers will not continue to allow scamming companies to still our money without repercussions. They must start to remove their advertisement or delete the accounts. I received no glasses or refund from Lensmart Conclusion: I found my receipt from PayPal that confirmed and proved I entered the correct shipping address. PayPal refunded my money and I have reported this company. If you review Facebook you will also see complaints confirming they are scammers. I ordered the first time via PayPal and received my glasses. My second order via PayPal as well I did not receive my order and they would not replace or refund my money, though they were at fault. Please do not order from this business, We must start to hold these companies accountable.

I ordered my glasses February 1,2022. I tried to contact customer service about a week ago, but never got a response back. I’m tired of waiting to see when I’m going to get my glasses. I will never order from them again. Terrible service. Order # C20126393493274749
