Recently I sent my prescription to Lensmart and a couple days later after reviewing the order I realized I sent the wrong prescription. At first I was worried that I would not be able to contact them fast enough to make the adjustment because you cannot contact them over the phone, so I sent an E-mail thinking this will just go no where and I would recieve the wrong prescription. Well, to my surprise, within the same day the E-mail was answered by a very helpful Customer Service person and they straightened everything out right away. I was concerned about the timliness of their response after reading negative reviews, but I did not experience what some stated in their reviews. I will use them again only because of the good experience I had with their Customer Support. They were quick to respond, knew how to correct my error and get the order moving forward with the correct prescription.

The glasses are very stylish and they have really good quality! They are not flimsy at all and they feel very sturdy. I got two different styles and they both look amazing.

My glasses broke, I emailed the Customer Service team who were very professional. They asked questions, asked for photos, confirmed when I had ordered (only 5 months ago!) and are sending out a replacement pair free of charge. No fingers were pointed, the people I was emailing with were friendly, polite and on the ball. Even though my glasses breaking was a negative experience, I’m happy to say the prompt and efficient manner in which my case was dealt with has not put me off ordering again in the future.
