When I first ordered from lensmart
When I first ordered from lensmart, I was a little weary because I had never ordered from a company online before but when I received my glasses I was pleasantly surprised! The glasses are great quality and my prescription was on point! I ordered 3/14 and I received them on 3/29 so it took a couple weeks to get them but it was worth the wait.. I will definitely be ordering again! ❤️

My lens was broken ,when I reported the issue the company got back to me as soon as possible and offered a new pair of glasses.

I originally made a bad review.Other reviews had me questioning if it was a scam.It did take a little over a month to receive but I also purchased prescriptions so I’m guessing that’s why.Loved them once I got them😊

A satisfied customer! I am always scared of buying things online but this one was beyond my expectations, all six glasses was exceptional beautiful. The frame and lens are unique. I keep getting compliments.

I ordered 3 pairs of progressive…
I ordered 3 pairs of progressive glasses, I tried them on and could not see, all the lenses are blurry, one pair I got the lenses kept falling out. I contacted them immediately, they kept asking me to move them around my eyes, " they can only move to far" then to cover my left eye and asked can I see now. What is going on? I just want glasses I can see out of. Takes them hrs to reply back, then keep asking did I move them, adjust them, just nonsense. Please someone help me with this issue. The glasses are clearly wrong. I did however receive new lenses and 1 new frame as promised. I .am just taking a loss.. however they did try to correct the problem
