Scam.....haven't received my two orders. Tracking numbers cant be found. Get the run around from customer service.

I ordered glasses on April 3rd. They were shipped April 8th. It is now April 21st and I have yet to receive my glasses. On April 17th they were in Illinois and no one including Lensmart or the postoffice can tell me where they are. I emailed Lensmart on the 17th and was advised they were in route and gave me the same shipping info I could already see for myself on usps site. And of course the Lensmart site phone number is an automated Chinese lady advising to email the business. I can’t even talk to a live person. I will never order from this site again.

The worse experience! Beware! I paid a little over a hundred dollars for 3 pair of glasses. I put my prescription in and checked it 3 times. On top that, I uploaded a copy of my prescription as well. When I received the glasses I could not see out of them at all. I called and left messages. You cant get no one on the phone. They finally responded to multiple emails i sent and told me I put in + instead of - sign. I've been wearing glasses since 8th grade and I'm in my 50s and in the medical field so I know what I'm doing. They even said I didn't send a copy. I asked for a refund and they said I had to pay $88 for shipping and replace lens. Their policy states refund if shipping is paid. I don't want replacement, I want a refund! What company has customer service phone but you can only leave a message. I should have taken the warnings from the bad reviews. I will have to report this company if I don't receive a refund! I have read where this same thing has happened to others as well. I am highly upset! *UPDATE: I've read other reviews and the same thing happened to them where their prescription was changed from what they put in order and lensmart refunded their money. Now they keep saying I sent prescription after I received order. WELL, I SENT IT ONLY BECAUSE YOU ASKED FOR IT IN EMAIL AFTER I WANTED A REFUND! You will only refund frames? I will pay more in shipping than the cost of frames! I will NEVER order from here and I'm filing claim with BBB! Horrible customer service! **UPDATE: Hmmmm, so I put in the wrong prescription for not one but both eyes and my prescription copy that I uploaded on your website with my order just disappeared? Ha ha right...SCAM! Other people said theirs was changed too and they offered a refund if they removed bad review! Now what that tell you! BEWARE!!!

Placed order 3/11 $125. Notification email shipped 3/22. Today is 4/13, no glasses, USPS has not received package AND no response from lensmart of any of 3 requests.

I was really excited for my glasses. They were super cute but not what I ordered. I could not see with them on - they were blurry. They were also not progressive lenses at all - each time I moved my head slightly, everything would completely blur - which doesn’t happen with my other pair from Costco. Sad because they are cute but cannot wear them. I contacted customer service via email twice with no response. The first time was the same day I received my glasses and the second was 2-3 days afterwards. Lensmart replied to ask for me to email regarding my order - I did for the THIRD time and still no response. My glasses are just sitting there because the rx and lenses are wrong. It’s sad because this is someone’s eyesight that is being messed with. Costly mistake. Do not order from them. They do not respond to returns at all.it’s a Chinese company. The lenses are wrong and they do not care. Horrible experience but lesson learned. Always look up where the company is from. Customer service is 0. And they do not guarantee their products.

I ordered beautiful glasses and they got my prescription all wrong. I paid $49 and can't get in touch with anyone to rectify the situation. Very disatisfied.

Ordered Feb 11th, it’s now April and they have stopped responding. I am so disappointed in this company. I wish I don’t have to give a star at all! UPDATE: they replied with “please delete your bad review and we will refund you” Why won’t they just send me my product? I’m so confused

I received the glasses that I ordered in a smashed box one of the lenses is totally destroyed. I sent them four emails with no reply. The phone numbers that they give one of them is out service in China and the one for North America they give you a message to contact them at the same email that I haven’t received any answers yet.
