How do I order reading glasses

I received the wrong prescription in the glasses that I ordered. They now expect me to pay for and take the extra time to ship the glasses back to them, reach out to them with a tracking number, wait until they confirm that they received the glasses, process the return, analyze whether the glasses truly do have the wrong prescription, and then they'll consider refunding my money. I am not the one who made the mistake when filling the order, they are. Any other company would send me a return label at their own expense since they made the mistake. This is awful customer service, awful quality control, and I will never ever order from Lensmart again. I will Only order from Zenni from now on!

I was unhappy with the glasses I purchased as they didn't fit my face very well. I reached out by email saying I would like to return them and get a refund. He first asked if I can send a picture of my face to them with the glasses on, I said uhh NO. Then he finally gives me an address to return the glasses to and I googled the address... it's a HOUSE. I asked him why would I send the glasses to a house and he said it is their wearhouse. This company is SKETCH.

I ordered a pair of glasses and still got yet to receive it, over a month now. No tracking number nothing. Can't even get through to customer service. The phone number is not in service

I ordered two pairs of glasses on June 30th here it is July 14th and I still have not received my glasses you can't find customer service they do not respond to emails do not buy from them I have to call my bank in the morning to dispute the transaction

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I ordered 2 pairs of glasses from this site neither are the right RX, they are not even the same RX as each other. They are refusing to pay for the shipping to make up for their mistake. Full story: I ordered two pairs of glasses. I put in the wrong RX at 1st negative version of my positive RX. I call them their call center said all they can do is track orders that have shipped. So I emailed them with a copy of my RX. They promised to correct the RX (I had to resend the image). When the order came I notice the regulars eyeglasses where not right they kept falling off and the RX seemed to pull at my eye. The sunglasses where just to weak. I emailed Lensmart they 1st tried to say they don't returns. They kept asking for the RX which they had in a prior email. I took the glasses to an eyeglass store they checked the RXs and informed not only are the glasses not my rx they are different RXs from each other. I informed lensmart of this and mentions I did not have the RXs they eye glass store. They askes me almost every email for the RX (Which was in the email chain already.) Finally after wasting over 5 days they agreed to a refund. However they expect me to cover shipping for their mistake. They also tried to lie and say I messed up the RX until I copy and pasted their email which was in the same chain! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

A complete SCAM. I took a risk with this company and I regret it!! You get what you pay for! The company sent me defective lenses along with waiting almost a MONTH for my order. After I tried calling There number does not work. After I contacted them and advised them they refused to fix the situation or even call me or speak to a manager after I requested. I advised them I will be making a complaint with state’s attorney general office. The number on their website does NOT work! I am completely disgusted I wasted my money especially with a company who has bad customer service and acts like they could care less. I will be filing with the BBB and Californias Attorney Generals office for this SCAM company for others to do the same their address is 5636 birchbay ct. Rancho Cucamonga ca 91737.UPDATE : The company still refuses to refund my order falsely saying there was a wrong prescription when it was not. Also this company does not verify prescriptions. They also make up their own Refund policy. I would of NEVER ordered from them if I would of known this. The company emailing to remove this review and I will not. They need to be held responsible for making up their own policies along the way and refusing to refund my full order for their faulty lenses!

Hands off lensmart Singapore Ordered contact lenses a month ago - they are yet to arrive. Customer service? First find out if they even have one. Then when you finally do - the service is dreadful - pure lies and unsolved, rude and do not respond when you ask for a refund (which is suggested on their webpage when order is not out for shipment yet)
