C7312611763553711 Follow up to my last review, DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I had to get the better Business Bureau involved just to get them to reply they then made me pay for my return label back for the glasses they told the BBB they were refund my money immediately after getting the glasses they’ve had them now for almost 2 weeks and I have yet to get my refund. This company is a scam!!! after reading other reviews I am not the only one they have done this to their excuse for not giving me my refund is they sit in the warehouse for 2 to 3 weeks before they go through their packages and the last time they did it was the beginning of September so they are waiting to get to mine this is absolutely ridiculous. I work in Shipping and logistic and we have never waited weeks to go through what comes in or receiving area for people to get their money back on return items!!!

I do NOT recommend ordering from this company. I received 2 pairs of glasses, both with incorrect prescription. After numerous emails back and forth (they refused to refund regardless of their return policy) I finally filed a dispute with PayPal and they finally agreed to refund. I had to pay return postage. I had to resend my prescription numerous times even though they had the correct one. How can they know the glasses were incorrect without having the glasses to inspect? NIGHTMARE!

I WOULD GIVE A 0 IF I COULD. ORDERED ON AUAGUST 19TH. I TRACK THEM EVERY DAY ANDTHEY'VE BEEN GOING FROM IL TO NY BACK TO IL TO CA BACK TO NY. IT MAKES NO SENSE. I EMAILED THEM AND GOT NO RESPONSE THEN I MESSAGED ON FACEBOOK AND WAS GIVEN MY TRACKING NUMBER TO TRACK MY ORDER. YES I KNOW HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER THE PROBLEM IS WHY IS IT GOING BACK AND FORTH ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

DO NOT BUY!!! They are a scam and will not provide warehouse address for return. I have been going back and forth with CS for five days requesting the information. They will not provide the information.

First time using this company. Will never again. My order took two weeks to manufacture. My order date was August 14,2022. Okay, then on Tuesday, Aug 30 I got a text and an email that my order was shipped. Today is Sept 03, Saturday. Five days my order has been sitting waiting to go to the post office. Their telephone number is NEVER NOT BUSY! And Ive emailed them six times. No response! Unbelievable. Ill never order from them again. They have my money , I dont have crap. Imdisputing the charge as soon as Im done here. This is bull!

Buyers Beware!! Not sure what is going on with this company - but I ordered and received two pair of glasses that do not look at all like what was shown on the virtual “try on” and have been in touch with CS and want to return them both - but they are not providing me with a return address and any other detailed information I need to do so. I may have to dispute the charge with my credit card company if I don’t get this information SOON. Order #C80288521617466284091126 UPDATE 9/17/22 After this review posted believe it or not I received the address and information needed to return the pair of glasses! I was given 7 days to return them. I shipped the next day. Tracking indicate delivery was made on September 9th. It is September 17th AND I have yet to receive my refund! I have reached out and am still waiting for it to be issued. This is totally unacceptable. I will be taking further action with my credit card company.

This is in reference to Order #C18690099822467273. I really feel like this company is a scam. I have reached out to them on Instagram and also sent an email to customer service. I placed an order on August 15, 2022 and as of today, 9/1/22, my order still says "Processing". When I reached out to them on Instagram (8/31/22) for an update I was told that the lens that I ordered needed 7-10 days for customization. When I pointed out that it had been 16 days since my order was placed they stopped responding. So I sent them an email on 9/1/22 and I have yet to receive a response. This is just ridiculous and not good customer service. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication and truthfulness. My next step will be to report them to the Better Business Bureau and to request a total refund. I am a very unhappy customer whos has spent over $100 with this company. It might not be much to some, but it is my hard earned money. Do better.
