Horrible customer service. My glasses arrived on time. The lenses were too thick and created a fish eye effect. I contacted them immediately since you only have 3 days to initiate a return or replacement. They asked for my prescription again then ghosted me. I have emailed them 3 more times. It is now 2 weeks later and I am stuck with them.

Sadly received my glasses yesterday and lets just say definitely cant see with them. I’m not sure who’s prescription they put in the lens but its not mine. I was excited b/c Im on such a tight budget and these seemed affordable as a second pair to my expensive glasses but they are definitely not prescription worthy. Sadly waisted my money.

I am beyond livid and disgusted. I need my glasses to read and drive and their taking advantage of my situation is horrendous. I need my glasses or need my refund. If i could give them a -500% rating I would!!!!! DO NOT EVER EVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I placed an order and it was shipped out on August 26 and have yet to receive my order. It has been in the "clearing customs" stage since September 5. Wish I could give 0 stars!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! DO NOT BUY! I emailed cs and they were no help! Gave me the same information I just gave!

This is a last effort to receive action from this Company. After leaving a review they’re reply was check spam. I did and there was a response offering me a discount on my next purchase. What part of Never Again do they not understand. I replied asking for a return address and refund (as their site states). Still no reply. I will contact Better Business Bureau just to leave a response with them for future purchasers. Do Not Order from LensSmart!
