I placed my order on 7/28/2022, for 2 pairs of glasses, and I have yet to receive my glasses. I tried emailing customer service and my email was returned as undeliverable. And there is no phone number were you can contact them.

I ordered 3 pairs of prescription glasses on 21 September 2022, Initially I could track my order but all of a sudden, I am unable to track my order. I sent an email to them to find out about the status of my order but no one is replying to my emails anymore. Buying from this company is the most frustrating thing that I have ever experienced. If you want a peace of mind, stay away from this company.

Was told my glasses were delivered the 27th of September and never received them. The shipping update thing keeps changing on the pitches and stuff. Contacted the company and never heard a word from them. Still no word from them to make things right. Wouldn’t trust this company at all. I just wanted an update no refund or nothing till now.. specially when your a single parent and hurting so bad for money but need to see but get screwed over..

Was supposed to be delivered last week as per their tracking and i recieved an email from canada post..never came..now tracking is back to shipping label made but no delivery set. I've tried emailing and it comes back as undeliverable. About to call mastercard to get my money back if tracking status doesn't change and report this company as fraud

I ordered 2 pair of frames on September 6. On September 27 I still had not received them so I emailed them to ask for an update. They replied that my order had been delivered to P.O. box and signed for on the 22nd. The problem with that is I DON'T HAVE A P.O. BOX! I gave them a street address when I ordered. I tracked through USPS online and it also said "delivered to P.O. box" but not which one. I can't get Lensmart to tell me what address they shipped my order to. Because they were delivered and signed for they won't do anything. I am OUT THE MONEY I PAID and I have NO FRAMES!!! Also I hate a customer service that you can't call!!! BUYER BEWARE

My order has been sitting in their shipping department for two weeks! Never again! The hell to you Lensmart!!!!

I ordered my glasses September 1st, it is now the 27th. Will I ever get them? It says we can track our order on the website but there is still no update on where my glasses are when I look up my order.

I ordered glasses here for the first time Because I saw that they have some cute frames,what a mistake, that was two weeks ago and i saw that my order never updated since the day I ordered them so I email them asking what’s going on, I am then told one pair I ordered is out of stock, so if i could pick something else and if it’s more I’ll just have to pay the difference. What if I never emailed them to check on my order, were they never going to get in touch with me to let me know that they are sold out on one pair I already paid for and just not send anything ? So I give them another pair that I want instead of the sold out ones and i ask if they could do express shipping because it’s already been two weeks. Guess what?? No response. So now I’m just waiting to see if I ever get anything.I have ordered glasses from other places online with no problem but this place I would just avoid it. I’m going to give it a week or so and then I’ll be contacting the bbb and disputing it to my credit card. My tracking number is C91380758748079576
