I will NEVER order glasses from them again. It is shy 9 days to a month I have waited for my glasses and still yet to receive them. NO OTHER COMPANY IS LIKE THIS. Get it together.

Ordered prescription glasses. Arrived later than indicated and so blurry, cannot use. They offered a refund, if I withdrew my negative review. To date, the partial refund and return label has not been received. Partial refund for non-quality returns, completely in violation of their purported guarantee. I needed glasses, and would have saved myself time and aggravation had I knew of the reviews on this site. Ignore the reviews from Facebook. Their guarantee isn't worth anything. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. This Company is unprofessional and dishonest. (I cut and pasted portions of this review from one on this site that mirrored my experience).

I ordered 6 pairs of glasses on 9/11 and they all still say processing. Emailed the company just for them to email me back saying they will be shipped soon and am I sure I want to cancel? No I don’t want to cancel! I want my glasses that I ordered a month ago. Shady shady company. I would stay far away

My experience with this company is trouble. I've ordered 3 pairs of glasses on Sept 16th 2022 and I still have no glasses. I received several emails from them....asking I needed to change my frames I did that then they emailed the same thing over and over again. I have no updates. You can't call them. This is horrible service. How do you stay in business with these reviews.

Sorry we check the lens you ordered need 7 business days for customization, due to china national day, we have a holiday from 1st Oct. to 7th Oct. once our shipping department back to work, they will ship your order asap!
