LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

Would give them a 0 if possible. Do not buy from this website. Classes are cheaply made, shipping and cs are terrible. Spend money at eyebuydirect for good cheap classes. Had paid break off the 2nd day wearing

I'd give zero stars if I could! I order 9/13/22 and they still haven't shipped. I've emailed amd messaged on Facebook multiple time and I get weird answers from cs. I asked for a refund and no response multiple times! I was told they are backed up in China because it's been a holiday. That's the response I continue to get! Scammers!!!!

Update on my issues with Lensmart. Customer service rep asked if they send me new lenses, could I put them in the frames myself. How ridiculous. First, how could I be sure the new lens are correct and secondly, it's lensmart that is responsible for correcting the issue, that's what I paid them for after all. I have not received any further communication, nor have I received a refund. Do not EVER order eyeglasses from this company...a total waste of time and money...

I got three pair glasses from this company I emailed them three to exchange my glasses cuz I need the bifocals line took out cuz I can’t see thur them…. I haven’t got response back yet!!!!

******UPDATE: 10/21/22 LENSMART thanks for finally replying back! But you still have not given me an accurate answer over my order! You're telling me something I've clearly stated already! Which is (my orderd has shipped) i know that!! it's been "shipped" since October 10th. But yet have not recieved any update over the shipped glasses! It's now October 21st and you're telling me still to this day, it's under "shipped??" Also you've said to check my email when I have clearly not received one single RESPONSE/email from you guys AT ALL!! I DOUBLED CHECKED AND NO EMAIL FROM LENSMART!! ************* Horrible Costumer Service! Have been tr ying to get a hold of anyone to figure out what's going on with my order?? And no response at all what's so ever! I ordered a pair of prescription glasses wich have said they have shipped for the longest and still haven't received anything! I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from you guys! (Lensmart) This is just so frustrating and so unprofessional of what's so called "legit company" I'm just glad I didn't order more than one pair at this point! All I want is for someone to tell me what's going on and get my glasses ASAP! MY ORDER NUMBER IS CA0311989398932905

I ordered my glasses in early September and just finally got them last week, after they didn't fill my address out completely and it was delivered to the wrong address. Then the name they were mailed from was Jane. Hmmmm. Then I ordered 4 pairs and 2 are so blurry I cannot wear them. I contacted them via email. They responded 2 times, unprofessionally, then they asked which to pairs were wrong. I sent them a picture of the 2 pair that are blurry, which have peoples names, and they asked me if it's possible that the names of my glasses couldn't see? I don't know if it was a joke or a language barrier, but I am pissed and I plan on leaving as many bad reviews as possible!

I have attempted multiple times over the last week to contact someone. Speak to SOMEONE to return the glasses I received. To date, I have not gotten a response. The phone number that is listed does not work and the emails are nonresponsive.

I just never write reviews but let me tell you!! Order somewhere else please save your self some frustration! I ordered 3 pairs sept 15. 2022 I believe they’re scammers, but we will see cs is so vague. No glasses still almost a month later and they took over 100 dollars from me I will probably never get back! They sent me that my ordered shipped but usps shows just a label created sept 16th. I’ve read nothing but great comments on there social media I recently went and commented to see others experience they messaged me quickly but won’t respond to my replies on there.I learned my lesson should of came here first!! If they are legit they are not a company I’d recommend!
