Made my order October 7 thought this would be great so I Ordered 2 Pairs I'm so glad my mother didn't order any until she seen mines .It's Been almost a month now an I still haven't received my glasses or any Other Shipment's I contacted customer service email plenty of times and still haven't gotten any more updates last update was the same as the other reviews Shipment label made in GA

I placed my order on October 7, 2022 and according to the tracking information my order has been in MCDONOUGH, GA since October 12, 2022 and it is now the 23rd. I emailed you all at email address you provided just to get a message saying you were not excepting any requests to connect. And according to the past reviews I'm not the only one...

I am extremely upset. First of all, I put in two pairs of glasses on October 7, 2022 and have experience by far the worst customer service on the planet. Seriously guys, if this 'company' does not have a legitimate phone number please run away you are wasting your time. It's been way too long now and I still haven't received them. I contacted them twice now and still have not receive any feedback regarding my order. I have also contacted USPS and they told me that they haven't received my order yet. I have not experienced anything like this in my lifetime. If there was a negative star on this I would rate it a -5. Please, go to a more reliable source to order your glasses. I should have read these reviews before even placing my order, and I do not even know what to expect with my glasses after this smh. Lensmart, you guys need to do better, I will not give anyone that I know referrals to this site, I am so disappointed by your lack of communication.

I placed an order on October 12th. My glasses have yet to be shipped. I've emailed twice to date but haven't received a response from customer service. I guess I should've first read the reviews before purchasing.

Not one thing was right with my glasses, other than the fact they showed up. Worst quality ever, wrong prescription, lenses from the 1980's, progressives were not used, coating literally rubbed off, and the S shape of the frame was bent. Much more but not enough time.

I ordered my glasses my first pair was ok but doable but this pair was sooo blurry I couldn’t even see. I asked for a remake but they want me to pay for shipping and a remake fee. Ridiculous and is not. Guess I’ll stay with Zeeloo I’ll recommend them 10 times over

I ordered glasses with my prescription back in September. When they finally arrived, I knew immediately that the prescription was wrong and contacted customer service to have the order corrected and resent to me. They told me that all glasses need an adjustment period and to wear them anyway for 3-5 days. Seriously? I need them to see, and I know when glasses don't have my correct prescription. After multiple unhelpful emails back and forth they finally tell me I can get a refund but only if I send the glasses back to them at my expense. Absolutely ridiculous experience. They messed up the order and did nothing to remedy the situation, actually they doubled down and maintained that the order was made correctly. Usually I read reviews on a company's website or Facebook page before buying but I thought with the prices being so low it was worth the risk. Now it makes sense why you can't leave a review on their website or Facebook page. It's very obvious that all of the positive reviews here and positive comments on their Facebook are fake. Spend a few extra dollars and order from a reputable company if you actually want to receive the order you pay for.
