I had a great experience with lensmarts customer service. The arm had kept coming off of my glasses it was the screw that would keep loosening up. They asked me to send pictures of what I was talking about and what was happening. They sent me out a replacement pair of glasses right away. I would not hesitate to loosening and then the arm would come off. It didn't matter how many times it was put back on and tightened it still came off. The customer service that I received was top notch. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
