Update: not sure why you’re asking for my order number after I already supplied that to you. Had to take my glasses to an optical store to correct the prescription, as your company messed that up too. Horrible horrible experience. Never again. Will never buy from Lensmart again. Took almost 2 weeks for my order to even ship and now I’m watching my glasses depart and arrive at the same facility multiple times over a weeks time period. This is ridiculous. They took my money in a split second, could’ve sent them priority for cheap but here I am over 3 weeks later and have zero faith that I will ever get them

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. LITTLE TO NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLINE. THE FOLLOWING EMAIL WAS SENT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE 10/26. AS OF 10/28, NO RESPONSE. I initiated contact with your customer service department on 10/18 regarding issues with my last order. This was within 7 days of my receiving the shipment and I willing to hear solutions offered by the customerservicedepartment. However, the service department has not been of much service or support. Each response from customer service is another set of questions. I have tried, but am not able to reach anyone at your phone number of 678-664-9621. I am completely dissatisfied with the products and service I have received. Lensmart is not the first online glasses service I have used. It is however the first one I have experienced any issues. Your explanation regarding the reading glasses is not acceptable. I get better vision out of store bought readers. Your product is of no use to me. I would like an immediate refund. The khaki/Brown frames are not the color advertised on the website. I do not want a different color or style. I would like an immediate refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE #. DOESNT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I placed my order on 10/10/22 and it is still sitting in Compton. I've sent numerous emails, with no response. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Went back to paypal and they refunded my money. Buyer Beware!

I’ve sent 3 separate emails & I’m still waiting for a reply! I’ve tried tracking my glasses & it states it’s @ Bloomingdale,Illinois. According to my tracking # It’s been @ the warehouse for 3 -4 days! If I don’t receive my glasses by Saturday I’m filing a claim with the BBB!

Absolutely no customer service and don’t speak English if you receive email, string you along with no problem solving solutions!! Do not waste your money, Zenni & EBD are the companies to go too!!! Tryed and failed miserably!! LS

What a waste of money!!! Buyer beware this is the worse. I order a pair of glasses which I never received. They REFUSED to be any kind of help nor did I get a refund NEVER AGAIN!

Run…..they are quick to take your money but DO NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS AND HAVE NO LEGITIMATE PHONE NUMBERS!!!!! This is such a scam. The tracking number they give isn’t even a real tracking #, supposedly in the states but doesn’t coordinate with USPS? Right…..all I want is a refund. Closed my bank account. That’s how much I trust this company.

The frames are beautiful but the prescription was way off not even close to my prescription that I sent them. Customer service emailed me asked a couple questions and I haven't heard anything sense. So they were no help
