I made an order on 10/12, paid the $200 for my items just to be here on 11/17 still waiting for items to “arrive to a USPS facility in Jamaica, NY”. My order is supposed to be delivered to FL. I am at a point of wanting a full refund and these items cancelled. This is beyond their already long processing and delivery times. I wish I had taken the time to check out the reviews before every dealing with this company. This is truly presenting itself as a SCAM

This is a company based in China. You are gambling with prescription glasses. If something is wrong with your prescription glasses there is no one to talk about it, only by email and it looks like is automation emails. They sent me my glasses with the wrong prescription. Even when is very clear in my original order I did type the right prescription, and I sent them a screenshot with my original order, they just said the same thing over and over, "SORRY YOU SENT US THE WRONG PRESCRIPTION" and that is all.

Would give 0 stars if possible. I received my order and it wasn’t the frames I ordered or the right prescription lol what a waste this is ridiculous. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

They got 1 star because the frames were cute. I ordered prescription lenses and you can only see if you look straightforward. There is no peripheral view! Which means the glasses are useless! I contacted them immediately for a refund and they never responded. I'm out of $80! I even did a dispute through PayPal and again they never responded. Even after they responded to this review I gave them the tracking number and still have not heard anything else from them.

Do not order from this company! All of these negative reviews are true in my experience. I ordered in September waited and waited then finally got My glasses and was excited to finally wear them but my prescription was wrong!! When I emailed them they told me I entered my prescription wrong and actually the only thing wrong I entered was my PD (It did enter it backwards but that did not affect the vision of my glasses.) Upon several days of emails back-and-forth they finally told me they would refund 70% of the lenses and 100% of the frames. I paid $24.95 for the frames and $18 for the lenses and then $5.95 for shipping ($48.90). I had to pay to ship them back which was only about $7. Then I received an email stating my refund was processed for $19.55. I emailed them back with details of the charges to my purchase and they had the audacity to tell me the frames were $6.95 (and right now they are) when I have my receipt and it shows on my account profile on their website. They also deducted the shipping cost from my refund and I was the one who paid to ship it back!! This company is a J.O.K.E. No valid phone number because they don't want to be called out on their b.s.!!

Still waiting on a response from them after tracking is so inconsistent shows it’s in the state I live in but nothing has moved in over two weeks, reached out to customer service and still no answer. After coming here and seeing similar reviews, I am beginning to think this company is a whole scam and I want my money back!!! I never had issues ordering from their competitors Zeelool and maybe I will stick with ordering from a company who values their customers.

I would give negative starts if I could. Something is fishy about this company, I can't quite figure out what it is but I will. Their tracking, shipping updates change daily. It appears they might be doing updates themselves that are false. It never matches what USPS says. They keep telling me it takes 18 days to ship within the US? nope nope nope. They can't seem to answer basic question on customer service, odd hours, no grasp of English. Be wary

Word of caution! There is a chance you'll love your order, and the prescription is correct. HOWEVER...in the off chance you have a problem, prepare for a long-drawn-out process. IT took almost 8-days of "one-a-day emails" from LENSMART just to get approval to return my order which was supposed to be a progressive lens, but was just distance. PLUS...I have to pay for shipping to return the item...PLUS...pretty sure I won't get a full refund. SOMETIMES CHEAPER ISN'T BETTER...that is the case here. Their customer service is struggling and lacking at best.
