LensmartReviews of lensmartonline.com

All of these positive reviews that you see on here are FAKE!! They are people that either are apart of the scam or have been paid to post a positive review. You will not get your product, so if you insist on giving your money away for nothing in return, this is the place for you. You can send me your money instead and ill at least send you a thank you card and a virtual hug.

If I could give less than one star I most certainly would. Beware of this company. They are slow to responding, will not give a return address, and states the address on the package is the wrong address for returns. Although I loved the frames the prescription was not correct. I was advised to return glasses with original prescription and PD, which I did, but no return address was given. I sent glasses back yesterday with the requested information and today I was contacted and told the address on the package is not their return address, and to have the package recalled, and a refund is not possible. Will NEVER order from this company again. Am out 81.00. I will stick with EyeBuyDirect who had my issues resolved in less than 45mins.

I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I never received my order. I was prepared to come here and state that this company is a scam, but from reading the reviews, at least some customers received their items (even if they were dissatisfied). I guess they just have shady business practices. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

I ordered on 11/19/22 and still have not received my 5 pairs of glasses. I will never order from them again. Email to customer svc and only receive a generic response. Label wasn't made until 11/27/22 and now all the tracking information states that: Dec 5 United States Departed shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item Dec 4 United States Arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item Nov 29 United States Arrived shipping partner facility, USPS awaiting item Nov 27 , United States Shipping label created, USPS awaiting item

I thought I was buying some inexpensive glasses. Purchase price $9.95+$25 lenses. Then I get an email from DHL saying I have to pay an import tax $72.66 or I won’t receive my package. None of this was disclosed or in their policy. BEWARE BEFORE YOU BUY!

Please don’t buy EVER. It took a while for the glasses to arrive and then they were totally not correct. In fact, they made my eyes cross. My order number is CA2823023002305573.

i ordered some as a christmas present i keep getting messages that theirs a problem with the order so no package yet hopefully comes before christmas

Terrible experience. I ordered my glasses on November 7th and they should have taken 8-15 business days to deliver. It is almost December! I ordered glasses with no prescription. Not to mention the fake tracking information that is being shown with my tracking number. Each notification is a day ahead of time and it shows that is stuck in the same place in Illinois. Makes no sense. Will continue to report this company as I can starting with my bank. Terrible.
