I love the frames so much very…
I love the frames so much very comfortable. The service is also amazing I kind of had a some difficulties and all it took was an email and they helped me out and I'm definitely going to be a regular customer.

Great service
Great service, and the team is so helpful. These are my first glasses, and I filled out the order form incorrectly, but they got back to me and asked me to correct it and send in the prescription my doctor wrote. I can't wait to get my new glasses!

The customer support is top notch
The customer support is top notch, even for the tiniest issue they send a new pair of glasses and even asks if the prescription was correct before shipping the new one. Great experience!

I am extremely satisfied with Lensmart! I recently ordered a pair of glasses, but unfortunately, there was a minor defect with the item when it arrived. I contacted their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful and cooperative. They handled the situation professionally and quickly arranged a replacement for my defective glasses. The new pair is perfect, the frames are stylish, and the lenses are great. Thank you so much for the excellent support! Highly recommended!

Superb quality and 5⭐️ service
I ordered 2 pairs of glasses. Unfortunately 1st time round the vision from one eye wasn’t right. I messaged them and quickly got an answer back. I’ve just received my replacement lenses and they are now perfect. Highly recommend, infact I have already recommended them to several friends and family. Will absolutely be ordering again.
