A complete scam! The glasses I purchased had a prescription that was no where near mine, after waiting 6 weeks to get them. Though they guarantee satisfaction, I am still waiting for my refund. They will also not pay for the return courier, and will not refund 100% of purchase. I am emailing them daily, and they are claiming that FedEx still hasn’t dropped the return package after 2 weeks! Fedex claims that the return addressees will not accept delivery. What a scam! But I have no intention of letting this go until I see 100% of my money returned.

Horrible customer service. Product takes forever to arrive. Would not order again.

Terribly slow and I doubt I'm ever going to see these glasses. They use some scam shipping company called Fast Track Express that claims they are providing the item to USPS but the items don't make it to them. I ordered these glasses as a Christmas gift on 12/9 and they haven't moved in weeks. Going to file a claim with my bank.

DO NOT BUY GLASSES FROM THEM!!! Their glasses are pure GARGAGE! I can't see a thing and I feel sick wearing them. I have never had a problem ordering from other online eyeglass companies. I am a retired Licensed Optician. Hopefully they will be out of business SOON!

Scam. Do not order from this site. I placed an order on 11/13/2022 and I still have not received my glasses. I emailed them on 12/13/2022 and I have not received a I would prefer a refund at the point.

this is a scam! i order my glasses go a confirmation and a tracking number was told that it was delivered but when i when to check with USPS Even they couldn't find it and this company was saying it was delivered. when i tried to contact them it took me to FB messenger and they kept saying they couldn't help me even thou they were saying their working hrs were from M-S 4pm-1:00 am? what?

Ordered the week of Nov 18th. As of Dec 19th my order has still not been delivered. Shipping label was created on Dec 2nd and nothing. It hasn’t shipped, hasn’t moved and costumer service has been horrible. I had to ask four times and threaten a fraud charge back before being offered 70% of what I paid after being told to keep waiting and be patient. Filed fraud with my bank, reported to BBB and leaving a review everywhere I can to help others not get ripped off as well.
