Ordered my glasses on dec 2nd and they were “shipped” dec 9. Logistics company hasn’t even received the order! I have emailed and messaged on social media and they told me that they are on their way but CLEARLY TRACKING SHOWS otherwise!!! Will be filing for fraud with my credit card

This company has terrible customer service. It took days of writing messages, even when I would respond immediately to them, to even finally have a two sided conversation about my issue. The delivery service they use delivered my glasses to the wrong address and could not recover them (after a thorough investigation on DHLs part). So I never received what I paid for. Zero accountabilty, responsibility from Lensmart even though their website says lost packages will be replaced. They refused to refund or replace. Then they tried to bribe me to give them a good review on this site and then they would send me a replacement. I declined because I will not deceive others for my own gain.

Ordered my non prescription glasses on December 9th and it's 20 days later and they still show a status of "to be delivered" on their site. They are also saying that UPS will be delivering them but if that were true, they should have been delivered a long time ago. I was wondering why they were so much cheaper than zeelool and now I've realized. It's a total scam! I really wish I read the reviews before I purchased. Order number CC1026915585038750.

The frames have AB crystals around the frame. The crystals are not all the same, as they should be, several are clear so it appears as though those ones are missing when viewed from more than a few inches away. I complained to them about this issue so the sent another pair with the exact same issue. Also, I have progressive lenses and the distortion on the peripheral is insane. I have other progressives from a local optician and there is barely any distortion. These, if I look away from the center of the lense at all, it is completely blurred, which renders them basically useless.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered my glasses 1 mth ago... and it still says it's in FAST TRACK Express. When I googled FAST TRACK EXPRESS apparently it's a SCAM company as well.. Lensmart GOD DON'T Sleep!!!!! .... this company is a RIPOFF. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Not happy, no item came and no customer service. I didn't order them so I could throw money away🙁

I ordered my glasses 11/4/2022 and still have not gotten them. They replied to me stating they will be rushed but when tracking on their shipping it will state updates two days ahead of the actual date. Total SCAM will be filling report with my bank. I have used Zenni and will be going back to them.
