I had a problem and they messaged me within 12 to 14 hrs. The problem was resolved in no time. It was corrected free of charge and I will keep ordering my glasses from them. I had ordered before from and never any problems. This was resolved and I’m very satisfied.

I was a person who was fooled to think that you could only get quality glasses from those high end stores in the mall. The “get an eye exam and 2 free pairs of glasses for $105!” Paid the eye exam now picking out my glasses they were thee ugliest frames imaginable. And the lenses with my RX were $150 each to make. That’s the catch. Absolutely not. Then I saw an ad from lensmart. I searched for glasses I liked. The prices were unreal. Then came the lenses. Again the prices were unreal. I purchased, I waited, and they came! And I wasn't disappointed at all. Then I bought more. Because why not. With these prices I can buy and wear a different pair a day. They were great. Then a pair broke. My favorite ones. The arm snapped off. (My son sat on them accidentally) I was upset. But I emailed the customer care for lensmart, told them what happened after giving them my info. Snapped a few pictures and 3 weeks later I had a brand new pair. And that’s not the first time they have rescued me from broken or inadequate glasses. I’m up to 6-7 pairs of glasses. And I’ve bought for my mom and my grama. No complaints what’s so ever!!!!!! I’m never buying from anywhere else. Can’t wait to see what they’ll have as the year progresses. New designs who knows. But I’m waiting.
