Believe me when I say every single negative review you read is ACCURATE. I've shared the experience that many others have. It's been 3 weeks and counting, my package is in "Illinois" since 1/18, ordered these on 1/6 so this coming Friday marks 4 weeks. Let me tell you too, I've paid for inexpensive glasses for YEARS, have always had so many compliments. If you are looking for cute inexpensive glasses shop Zenni, you won't be disappointed and you'll get the correct glasses you order in about a week! I'm regretting every decision with not ordering my last round from them, all because I thought I'd try someone new. And please, do not reply that you are sorry you gave me bad service like you did for every other review you've gotten. You are not sorry, and you don't care because nothing has changed.

i received my glasses and could not see a thing out of them. they looked like magnifying glasses and i only wear readers. i contacted customer service and they offered me 15% off my next pair. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company. i’ve only had them 2 weeks and i’ve been trying to return them for a week. this was a waste of time and money.

My glasses (according to tracking) have been sitting dormant in either Illinois or California, I really don't know. It says it started in Illinois then sitting in a shipping partner in California then back to same city in Illinois since Jan. 14th. No communication from them. I won't order from here again. I started this process on December 27th. The responses I get messaging them are robotic at best. I'm hoping they are correct when I do eventually get them.

Horrible experience. I could not see through the lenses. I sent them back and they only refunded 70% plus you have to pay to ship. This is a common theme with this company. Their entire profit comes from the 30% they keep. They cannot make quality lenses. Chinese junk. I would bet all the 5-star reviews are fake. Notice there are no 2,3, or 4-star reviews.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! LENS ARE BLURRY AND FRAMES ARE TOO BIG. WHEN TRYING TO RETURN THEM ALL THEY WANT IS MORE STUFF FROM YOU LIKE COPY OF PRESCRIPTION OR PHOTO OF YOU WITH THEM ON IF THEY ARE TOO BIG TOO. WHATEVER HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE? NO ONE TO TALK TO BUT THRU EMAIL AND THEY ARE CONSITENT WITH TRYING NOT TO GIVE YOU AN ADDRESS TO RETURN THEM TOO. BUT THEY MAKE THEIR RETURN POLICY SOUNDS SO EASY AND GREAT. DONT BUY FROM THEM !!!!

Ordered a pair because I like my friend's glasses, after my order was placed, she said she wasn't pleased with her glasses because they were blurry & she wasn't able to speak with anyone there. Mine arrived today and they're blurry. Order #CC1568352441165412
