They were very thorough
They wanted to clarify my prescription for the glasses so they contacted me via email, they asked every question which is good, but they asked every question in another email and it took 10 emails and 10 answers feom me to clarify, I think they could've asked everything in one email and it would've been much faster. But alltogether they were kind, helpful and thorough. I haven't got my order yet but I'm hopeful it will arrive soon.

I had a great experience with Lensmart! My order was a bit complex and not entirely clear at first, but their team contacted me immediately to clarify everything. Their communication was excellent – they were very responsive, helpful, and made sure to double-check all the details of my prescription. They took the time to verify everything properly, which gave me a lot of confidence in their service. All of the glasses arrived and they are absolutely perfect! The quality is great, the fit is comfortable, and everything matches my expectations. I really appreciate their attention to detail and customer care. I’ve ordered three times so far
I’ve ordered three times so far, and everything went smoothly with every order. There were some issues with my first order, but I was able to easily resolve them with customer service, and they helped make sure everything was sorted out! Customer service
This is my second time using lensmart. So many stylish frames to choose from. So I ordered 4 pairs of prescription glasses. The prescription came out great however one of the frames had a issue. I contacted customer service, provided photos and explanation. We worked to resolve the issue and customer service agreed to send out a new pair which I am very thankful for. Great customers service and quality.

I had a little mishap with my delivery…
I had a little mishap with my delivery but when I contacted them on Messenger they responded very quickly and very efficiently. They provided me with options and a way forward. I'm really happy with the quickness in which they resolved the problem. The glasses are such good quality for the affordable price. I will definitely be buying more pairs.
