I placed my order on January 11, 2023. On the 19th I got confirmation of shipment. It sat in a warehouse in Illinois for 4days I finally got a response from their facebook page saying they damaged both sets of lenses. Alright cool fix it ASAP let’s move on. Nearly 10days later I get confirmation it has reached California and AGAIN had sat awaiting usps for 2days going on 3 as we speak. This is absolutely bizarre. I have NEVER had an experience like this in my life. I am to the point of reaching the CEO and turning this case to my firm to handle and reach a resolution. The customer service has been touch and go. They say the expedited my order well I am still waiting. If I do not receive any movement on this by end of business hours tomorrow this will be taken further..

Order placed 1.16 didn’t bother looking at reviews because I have ordered glasses from other online websites and never had a problem… These have been sitting in “processing” since the order was placed. Now after reading reviews I’m going to try to cancel my order.

I received eyeglass order and the prescription was not correct. It’s the same prescription I have in several other pairs of glasses. I communicated with lensmart within their 15 days time frame and they are refusing to correct my lenses.

I ordered my glasses in December 2022 and still have not received them, neither has the USPS. I have been emailing with them for at least 10 days asking them to either please find my glasses, send me a new pair or refund my money so I can get another pair somewhere else. I need new glasses desperately, that's why I ordered them. I get the same response which is the same thing I read when trying to track my package which is "USPS awaiting item from shipping partner". I feel like they don't value me as a customer at all.

Don’t use this company!!! I ordered one pair at the beginning of January and the customer service does not response to any of my messages! I’m calling my bank!

Ordered my glasses on 1/6 and still waiting for them to come in. They have departed from Illinois and that’s the last I read on the 18th of January. Contacted customer service and the basically are just coping and pasting what it says on the tracker.

I ordered a pair of glasses with progressive lenses back in November of 2022. I received them January 2023. Yes, two months. And I was supposed to also have an additional 16.74 cents coupon refund due to it not being applied on their system during the purchase. The glasses did not fit properly and I'm pretty sure the RX was incorrect. I sent them numerous emails and they finally sent instructions to send them back with tracking. I did so and that was more than two weeks ago. They sent an email saying they had to wait for the warehouse to receive them and verify. I was told they do so once a week. Well two weeks and they are still saying this. I sent them by USPS with tracking. They have the glasses but refuse to send the replacement pair until the warehouse verifies. So I'm pretty sure that they think USPS lies about delivery to their address none the less. All I want is my replacement pair with the correct RX in them. That's it. If they can't comply then send me a refund of the entire amount paid 66.95. Here we are April 3rd 2023 and I still don't have a pair of glasses that are the correct RX. I sent in the RX and they still are not right. I had them verified by an optometrist that the RX was not a match to the prescription. This is a manufacturing defect and they are only wanting to refund 50% of the money I spent on them. This has been going since November 2022.
