Beautiful galsses
The glasses are beautiful and the prescription is perfect. I really appreciate how helpful and understanding the customer service team was. Even though there was a small mistake with the frame color, they handled everything professionally and kindly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Lensmart!

Absolutely love my new glasses from…
Absolutely love my new glasses from Lensmart! The quality is amazing, they look even better in person, and the prices are so reasonable compared to high street opticians. The ordering process was super easy and delivery was quick too. I also had a small issue which their customer service team resolved within 24 hours — genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had online. No pushy sales tactics, just helpful and professional support. Highly recommend!

I only have good things to say about Lensmart- with amazing customer service and quick delivery, I will definitely be shopping from here again! The glasses were exactly as described on the website, and the quality is amazing; I especially love the gold detailing on my Andrea tortoiseshell glasses, and I've received so many compliments on them. The change from my old glasses to my new Lensmart ones were so seamless, with the prescription matching perfectly. Customers are spoilt for choice due to the large variety of specs provided, and there are many trendy options to choose from! Would highly recommend Lensmart to anyone looking to order glasses online :)

Love shopping at LENSMART
Love shopping at LENSMART. Shipping is pretty fast in Canada. I own over 20 pairs of their glasses and sunnies. I’m -7.75/6.75, for years I paid $700+ for classes. Now I can get 5 pairs for the price. Great quality lens especially the ultra thin. Recommend to all my 4-eyed friends.

What made their service great was when…they resend my parcel!
What made their service great was when i first ordered and i ended up not receiving my parcel, i complained about it and they ended up listening to my complain,by resending the parcel. And what really stood out most for me is how kind and professional they are ! Thank you once again Lensmart.

Lensmart customer service was excellent!
Lensmart customer service was excellent. They made sure I had the correct PD measurement by reviewing a picture that I uploaded. I bought 2 pairs of glasses and absolutely love them both. They came quickly, are well made and very economical! I will definitely be ordering more pairs from Lensmart.
