I wish I could give this company 0 stars. I purchased 2 pairs of glasses from them in December 2022; one with progressive lenses and the other non prescription sunglasses. It took weeks for the items to be delivered and the nightmare started. The progressive lenses do not have any peripheral vision and that is not normal; I should know, since I have been wearing theses types os lenses for the past 15 years. I contacted lensmart and was told that there was nothing wrong with the lenses and that progressive lenses do not provide peripheral vision, only central vision. That showed me that they are not qualified to produce prescription lenses. They offered me to change the lenses to single vision lenses. Why would I do that since my eyes need multifocal lenses? So, after 10+ email exchanges they offered to do a partial refund for the rx glasses. I shipped the glasses and sent them the tracking number and photo of the USPS receipt. I also tracked the package myself and confirmed it was delivered on 1/24/2023 to the return address they provided me. Today, February 6, 2023, I got an email from lensmart informing me that they have not been able to locate the return packed in their facility. My advice to all, stay away from these people. They are incompetent, dishonest and their service has no quality.

It took a month to get my order for my daughter. When her glasses showed up, they were supposed to be bifocals. They were not. I got her two pair with an extra $35/ea charge for bifocal option. When I contacted them about the issue I was told bifocal could not be added to her type of lens. So I told them to refund the charges for that option. They are now fighting me on that! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Would never order here again. I placed an order with a picture of my prescription. Received the glasses and originally thought there was an issue with the prescription, I thought it was a manufacture issue. They told me it's because my prescription didn't have a PD. I told them my PD and that's when they started giving me the run around. They told me again to wear them for 3-5 days. I already have and I literally can't wear them. I get nauseous, dizzy, double vision etc. All I asked was for new lens with my prescription and the PD. I offered to send the lens back but nope... They refused to help. Won't answer through email or FB anymore. Waste of money.

Today is Feb 18....still no refund! Continuous stalling tactics! Never order progressive lenses from Lensmart! They are very inadequate! Dime-sized bifocal area and surrounding bifocal area distorted and incredibly blurry. Lensmart explained in a reply to me that, "The visible area of the progressive lens is in the middle, and the two sides of the lens are invalid areas." WHAT?#! The entire lens should be valid! I never would have bought glasses from them if advertised as such! I've been requesting a refund for a full week, and they reply with stalling tactics, yet to honor a refund of any sort. DON'T ORDER PROGRESSIVE LENSES FROM LENSMART!

Terrible customer service! 3 months waiting for two pairs of glasses with no response. Finally told they were on back order and I could choose a new pair. They say they have a 15 day return policy to receive a full refund yet when I declined choosing two new pairs they came back with a reply that I would need to pay for processing the original order. Very disappointing customer service and I will definitely be spreading the word.

No response and ordered 1-18-2023 and still no glasses and requested a refund or Attorney will be involved. Poor customer service!!!

Ordered glasses back in November 10th 2022. It is now February 1st 2023. The company has answered emails saying they glasses are on their way but when I track the tracking number it continuously says they are in New Jersey. Keep in mind I am in Maryland. I find this VERY sketchy. The tracking history shows updates and it seems to just keep being passed back and forth by distributors in New Jersey all while saying USPS is awaiting the item. But it’s NEVER left New Jersey! I can legit drive to New Jersey in a day and back. It doesn’t take months to get mail from there. Don’t buy from lensmart. I am pretty sure they are a scam! Only reason I got my money back is because I used Klarna to pay and you can pause payments due to not getting the items. They then will take care of things.

I have been waiting for the glasses and I even paid extra money for them to be delivered quickly. I need my glasses because I can't see properly. Please stop promising us heaven and earth. I even sent an email asking when is the expected date but I didn't get a proper response, the typed something I can't even understand.
