I purchased glasses over a month ago. I paid $16.90 for express shipping. They shipped on February 8th, and have been sitting at the third party delivery service for four days. I have contacted Lensmart, DHL shipping, and the local delivery service, and have gotten absolutely NO HELP. The local delivery company has no website, and just a phone number. They don’t answer, and the mailbox is full. I do not recommend Lensmart, and I will never purchase from them again. The one star rating was being generous.

I ordered my glasses on December 30, 2022. It is February 13th and I still don't have the glasses because the company messed up the shipping address and USPS returned them. Now they blame me saying I gave them the wrong address and as a result only offer a partial refund. Yes the glasses look nice online but this is the WORST company to deal with. Try Zenni.com instead. I've never had issues with them.

Do not order from this company. I waited almost one month for one pair of glasses. When they finally arrived, they were crooked and bent to the point where you can’t even wear them. This place is a joke. Order from somewhere else.

I recently placed an order for two pairs of glasses. According to their order confirmation email the glasses should have arrived a week ago. I emailed for status as the online status has not changed for some time now. Never received a response.....this is ridiculous!!!!
