Waste of money. I ordered a pair of glasses and was sent the wrong pair. Twice! Super frustrating and very long wait times! 2 months and still haven’t received the correct eye glasses

My glasses were initially lost during shipping and the professionals at Lensmart immediately took action reshippng my order and keeping me updated as far as tracking. I definitely plan on using them again

I purchased a pair of glasses and love the frame. Unfortunately, they are not exactly my prescription. I didn't use them immediately, perhaps a week later. I tried to use them for a bit since I love the frame, but I started getting headaches. This is when I reached out to them company and was told I was past my 15 days. I'm at 20 days. I just wanted my correct prescription and that's it. LOVE the frame. It took soooo long to receive them that I didn't want to just give up on them without a try, but they didn't work for me. Their system asked for an extra something that wasn't on my prescription, but it wouldn't allow me to continue unless I filled it in. I then reached out to customer service and sent in my prescription. I believe they never followed my actual prescription and the little extra is what was wrong. This is so bad on the company to do this to me. I'm not doing anything in bad faith, I just want what I ordered. Don't waste your money and time. Go somewhere that will value you as a customer. I have been buying glasses online for a very long time and when I have an issue it has always been dealt with. If you know a company will not help when there is an error, just go somewhere else to start with. So sad, I definitely planned on buying more if my first purchase went off without a hitch, but sad to say that was not the case.

I order progressive readers a lot, from different companies. (I like to have options). I ordered a progressive (CLEAR on top, 2.25 on bottom). It took FOREVER to come (from China I think). Then the lenses were just totally wrong. I couldn't see out of any part of them. I went back and forth with the "customer service" for two weeks, with them asking me all kinds of prescription questions they didn't need for READERS. Then they said I "ordered wrong" and it would cost me to fix the lenses and they refuse to return them. AGAIN, I order glasses a lot. I've never had this issue. They are a SCAM.

I received glasses and the prescription is wrong they sent me my prescription back ask me if that was my prescription and told them yes it was but its wrong I can't see out of them, first they seem like they didn't want to work with me then they told me they will send me new lenses, so finally after another 3 more weeks they sent them back to me to put in my self, and they are also wrong I know what I can see out and it's not those lenses, I can not see distance or up close. I have tried to get assistance through email customer service and messenger. Both tell me to adapt, like I can change my vision. I just want to return and cannot get help. And of course them taking so long to get back to me they won't refund me, And this is what they tell me its so frustrating... Thank you for taking the time to contact us. We apologize for your lenses, but we made them to your specifications and prescription. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

If I could give zero stars I would. I posted a review two days ago just for Lensmart to email me the same question asking if could they fix the error instead of refunding me my money, THEN asked if could I delete my review on Trustpilot. I have emailed them 3 or 4 times now asking to just cancel the order and refund the money and all of their responses have been to change out the lenses instead of canceling the order. LENSMART, I JUST WANT THE ORDER CANCELED AND A REFUND! I just made the order Sunday and emailed you guys the same day. Here it is Wednesday and I keep getting the run-around. I am so frustrated. I immediately sent an email requesting to cancel the order due to the mistake. I have been getting email replies asking to either modify the order and why do I want to cancel. In my last email, I explained that I have already explained why and do not want a modification. I just want to cancel the whole order since it has not even been 24 hours since the original order has been made. Now they have gone quiet. When I call the customer service number listed on the site, it just rings busy. I just want my order canceled and the money refunded. Period. I ordered my glasses on 1/18/2023, seen on the website my order hadnt moved from purchased to cutomazation on the 2/2. yet they took their money the very day i ordered them. sent email they responded that they could expedite my order. i agreed, then my order moved to the next step, It stayed there and i emailed again this time totally frustrated. it was now 2/28. i told them if they cant produce my glasses i would go to the bank and charge the money back. I didnt hear back from them so on 3/3 i emailed for an update and they said my order was suspended because i requested to cancel it. Dont you think they should have refunded me at that point, filed a complaint with the BBB

I was sent the wrong glasses! I ordered 4 prescription glasses and one sun glasses and only 3 arrived and they are totally not even close to the frames i ordered. The customer service phone number is a busy signal and I want my money back. This is ridiculous! Do not buy from this company!
