This company cannot manufacture progressive lens. I should have read reviews before purchasing from them. You cannot call the company. Only email and they only respond in the middle of the night. So it takes entirely too long to communicate. They argue with you too and act like you're new to wearing glasses and don't know what you're talking about. The "progressive " lens they sent me are blurry except for a fingernail size right in the middle. They tried telling me that's how progressive lens are made. What I received feels like looking through a fishbowl. My eye doctor looked at these glasses, laughed and said do not wear these. I ordered two other pairs of glasses from Zenni and Cliclime. Both came perfect and are beautiful. Stay away from Lenssmart!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!! IT IS A SCAMMMM!!! MY ORDER BEEN SITTING AT THE SAME LOCATION FOR 2 WEEKS. CALLED USPS AND THEY STATED THERES NOT A ORDER. IDK HOW THEY DO TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE ITS SHIPPED AND AT A LOCATION!! I CALLED MY BANK FOR FRAUD! CAUSE THEY WILL NOT REFUNS YOU! THERES NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE DURING THE DAY! I would also like to give them a 0. I do not understand how one customer could have a great experience and then the next one like me would have a horrible one. I loved the look of their glasses and was going to recommend them until my glasses were to arrive on Feb. 28 and this is March 15 and no one knows where they are!!! The post office keeps saying they have NEVER been shipped out. Update, the glasses were delivered but I can't see out of them. So now I am trying to get them fixed. It is March 29th and I am still emailing back and forth trying to tell them I can not see out of my progressive lenses. They keep saying to me "The visible area of the progressive lens is in the middle, and the two sides of the lens are invalid areas." I really think they do not know what progressive lenses are. A progressive lens has 3 areas close, intermediate, and distance. I have even sent them a diagram but I do not think it is going g to work!

I ordered three pairs of glasses and two of them I couldn’t even wear. The glasses themselves looked nice, but they were uncomfortable, didn’t fit my face, and gave me a massive headache. When I went to return them, they claimed I put my prescription in wrong and would only refund me the price of the frames. I was to handle the shipping costs, which were going to be more than my refund in itself. Returning the glasses became pointless. In addition, the whole return process was insanely long. It took ten days of back and forth communication for them to even offer the refund. They only use email, and they only respond in the middle of the night. Their phone number doesn’t exist when you try to call so the customer service is terrible. Instead of paying more money out of pocket to ship them back, I am just going to throw the glasses away. How sad is that? Would not recommend this site to anyone.

Placed my order over a month ago, I have yet to receive my eyeglasses. Tracking number states package has been in the same location for 10 days. I do not recommend. This is definitely a scam, I wish I would have read reviews before placing my order

DO NOT buy from this company!!! I ordered my glasses on February 20th and I still have not received my glasses! Emailed the company and nothing! Tried calling the customer service number and it just stays busy! No wonder their glasses are so cheap, you never receive them!!!! This is ridiculous!!! My glasses have been sitting in Georgia since March 1st!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Rather give a zero. Very disappointing. Bought 4 pairs. 3 pairs each for my parents to save them going out, as they are in their 80s. Frames themselves are great, although one of mum's has gems in and one of the gems is an odd colour to the rest. Triple checked the prescriptions when placing the order. All was correct. The glasses arrived within a month with no paperwork at all and felt cases. Mum's two were verifocal/progressive lenses. They are awful. She can't see out of them without going off balance. The extra magnified part of the lenses is too far up and on one side off to one side too much. Also, one of her lenses is loose. My dad has bifocals and both of his pairs have standard lenses. None of which he can see out of. The reviews were good when I placed my order but now I'm seeing terrible reviews which does not fill me with any hope. Seems like a scam company. Advertising they are based in the US when they clearly are in China. Will be contacting customer services if they actually exist to request a refund and have no intention of paying to send glasses back to China at my own expense when the company has done such a poor job. I would not recommend in any way,particularly for specialised lenses. However, if you want plain lenses they may be ok. Or if you want frames without lenses and can find an optician locally to provide and fit the correct lenses this may be a good option if you want less run of the mill frames.

I purchased a pair of glasses on December 10 2022. Did not receive until 8 weeks later, the prescription was wrong. The only way to reach out to customer service is via email which is very frustrating. After weeks of email including taking a picture of glasses and drawing a line on the lens for the progressive placement I had to wait weeks to get new replacement lens that I had to replace myself or wait additional weeks for them to replace. I received the new lenses and still cannot see for work. I will never purchase another pair of glasses from this company, I literally threw my money away. Lesson learned. I have purchased several pair of glasses online from another company and never had issues. I liked the frames and is the reason I purchased from this company. Big mistake.
