I ordered glasses on February 17th. It is March 21st and still have not gotten them. I would like a refund but I emailed several times and they keep sending me a email stating that I need to be patience. This site is a rip off. DON'T USE THIS SITE AT ALL.

3 months since I ordered. Tried to cancel and no refund or no glasses yet. Still says in progress. This site is a scam, left me out 250$ American. Don tbuy from these kind of people!!!

Absolutely terrible - stay away. I placed an order, not aware the funds were in USD (not posted anywhere thru out the transaction), realized the size is incorrect - requested TWICE to cancel immediately after the order was placed and they've still decided to ship it. Order C31765660915286357. I even said in the follow up cancellation request that I'm now aware of the reviews and was not impressed... but they still ignored me. Next is a BBB dispute and working with my bank to have the charges disputed. Stay away for suuuuure!!

I wish I had read the reviews first. My glasses have been sitting in transit in the same location for days. I’m now fearful I won’t get them. Highly upset and disappointed

Wish there was an option for no stars! Been trying to get my "progressives" fixed since December. They kept saying it was my script that was wrong. SIDE NOTE: My script has been the same script for years! I sent more money because I fed into their BS to get corrected lenses. Makes me sick looking through them... but they said your eyes have to adjust!? Nope they don't. They need real lenses. I have ordered from zenni and others and never had any issue. 3 pairs of glasses. Non unusable! And they want to send me a fraction of what I paid for everything. Clearly they don't know what they are doing. Order numbers are below. Wish I would've read more reviews. The girl on March 15 had the exact same experience. And I'm stealing her words "glass bowl" perfect description! Don't go through these people. You will be out money time and a pair of glasses. Absolutely horrible! Do not use this company to get your glasses! I ordered my glasses, they asked for a copy of prescription-which I provided. Not being an eye doctor I was unaware they needed certain measurements for my bifocal progressive lenses. They didn’t reach out asking me to get these measurements from my doctor-Instead they just created their own measurements!!! End result-I can’t see a damn thing out of these glasses! After going back and forth by email with them I went to my doctor to confirm what the glasses they sent me was incorrect for my eyes-and yet, they are incorrect! I emailed them again providing the measurements they should have inquired about from the start and their response was that now I need to pay an additional $49 to get the correct lenses with correct measurements for my eyes! What kind of professional company thinks it’s acceptable to just wing it and make up their own measurements for someone’s bifocal placement?!?! Horrible customer service-I will let everyone I know to never use this unprofessional company! I will not give them another dime! I will go to a whole different reputable company before I give them any more money for their lack of professionalism and not ensuring I provided them with all needed information before just making my lenses with totally inaccurate measurements!
