I purchased 3 pairs of eyeglasses with progressive lenses. I can not see anything out of all 3 pair. I wish I had read the reviews first. Money just thrown away with this company. Poor customer service. Please do not waste your time with Lensmart. The frames were pretty, but the company is clearly not making the lenses properly.

DO NOT purchase from this company. I got my progressive glasses. The focal point is above my eyes and I cannot see out of them. So I contacted CS as instructed, they sent multiple emails that argued with me about ME making a mistake on the PD. This was not even the problem. Then I sent the actual prescription and showed them that the PD was not in question, but that the focal point on the progressive lens was wrong. They will fix it if I pay them! I told them I would not pay additional fees for them to fix their mistake. NOW they say that ... opps, it wasn't the PD that was wrong it was the ADD.... and they want me to pay. I even offered to let them just put a regular distant lens in and not refund the difference for the progressive. They still DON'T get it and want me to pay... Don't waste your time, money, etc. Go to another company. C22110445264916872

Cannot see a thing out of these glasses. Phone number for customer service does not work and email was only answered when I left a bad review online. Their solution was to replace my progressive lenses with single vision lenses…now how in the world would that help since I clearly need both distance and reading lenses? No answer as to how to return for refund. There are good online eyeglass companies…this isn’t one of them. Do not buy!!

I previously wrote a review about this scam company. Well, fast forward to now and I was finally granted a refund only to never receive that refund. Are we surprised? No. I emailed customer service to let them know but I instead get no where because they want to argue with me instead and show me a pointless form stating that I will get a certain amount as a refund but the money has yet to hit my bank account and it’s been weeks. So here I am again warning everyone to NOT GIVE THIS SCAM COMPANY YOUR TIME OR MONEY. It’s a joke.

I ordered two pairs of glasses from this company. My order # is C30617717447863464. I was very happy with my black pair, but my tortoiseshell ones did not have the correct prescription lenses. I put them on and it was like I wasn’t even wearing glasses. I emailed customer service on March 15th, the same day my order was delivered, and it is now March 22nd and they have yet to resolve the issue. They told me some crap about needing an “adjustment period,” and later asked me to repeatedly close my left and right eyes and look through the lenses? They also have a 15 day return window and it feels like they are trying to string me along until we reach the end of that window. Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful customer service. I will not be giving this company my business again, which is incredibly disappointing.

Absolutely, horrible customer service. They took my money at the beginning of February, and I still have not received my order. I get the same repeated answers, over and over with no help whatsoever. I am going to be declaring the money that they took for me as fraudulent with my bank. Do not order from these people!!!!!
