I ordered og 3/25 /23 and recvd tracking # number but its hasnt moved in 3 days. I truly hope I get them because if not my bank doesn't pkay they will get my money back and social media is a beast. I wanna see wat my over 11k followers have to say. If they fail to get me my glasses. I definitely will out them . Zelool gets me my glasses in 4 to 7 days tops and the quality is awesome. I was trying to add lensmart to my company that I advertise for but its definitely not looking good !

If I could do no stars I would. The whole process with this company sucks. Let's start with the delivery time was over 3 weeks. My lens doesn't fit in the frames correctly. I paid extra for thinner lens so my eyes wouldn't look so big while wearing them. My eyes looks even bigger in these glasses. Customer service doesn't offer a solution. Why would they suggest sending new lens and I have to put them in. Look LENSMART I'm not about to do your job. I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one. I hate I wasted my money with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Despite confirming my address, once my items shipped only half of my address remained on my account which means I will never get my glasses. When I reached out to cs they just replied with the same generic response over and over for at least a week with no actual reply or information. They REFUSE to give me a refund AND I will not get my glasses. They are a scam!!!!!!!

What a terrible company to deal with. I ordered 2 pair of glasses with the same prescription. I received in a couple weeks. One pair was correct and the other pair was not AT ALL. I contacted customer service and they tried to get me to install new lenses on the frames for them. I refused that solution so they issued a remake. I received them today and they are wrong once again. Now I have 2 pair that are useless. They only offered a 50% redund for THEIR mistake. I offered to send them back the useless glasses and now haven't heard back. I'm in the same boat that I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from this site. There are far too many online glasses boutiques that are way better than this one. Buyer beware!

Bought 2 pairs of glasses for the first time and one pair I ordered incorrectly and the customer service o got trying to send them back and te order was awful . There are so many other better eyeglass websites out there . Highly do NOT recommend these people.
