When I put in my email wrong they helped me figure out where my package was and made sure that everything was fixed so my package would get to me and not get lost. I was glad they responded in a timely manner.

I got two pairs of glasses and love them! My only issue is the lenses get blurry a lot and cleaning it with a regular lens cleaner does not help. I usually have to wash them with water before, but other than that, I love them!

I have been ordering glasses from lensmart for the last two or three years. I have had the best luck. The frames are always just perfect a lot of times I don’t even have to get them adjusted. The lenses are right on. I’ve never had a complaint. This will be my first time with an exchange and it was only because the nose piece was very large. They just didn’t work. I’d like the glasses I could see out of them. They just were too big and they’re really good about getting back to you the next day with any questions they let you know exactly what you need to do and I am exchanging mine and I also have another pair im waiting to come in so I really really enjoy being able to get three or four pairs at a time throughout the year and I’m paying a fraction as what I would be paying at the optometrist my last pair of glasses at my eye doctor was $1000 and I can get a nice pair of glasses for under 100. I can get some really nice glasses so I would recommend you at least give it a try with lensmart you won’t be disappointed

Contacted customer service and in just a few days they handled it with efficiency, kindness and true to their products. They have top notch customer service!!
