Definitely cute frames and friendly customer service. Would be giving 5 stars however, there was an issue with the shipping address that caused a delay. When I received my text notification it had the correct address. I did not receive an email notification until the order was being sent for shipping. I sent an email promptly when I noticed that it did not have the correct address. They were able to intercept and update the address, but again, this did cause a delay. When I finally got the frames, they were so much cuter than anticipated! Fit wonderfully! But the prescription was way off, and that was by no fault of Lensmart, but by the floating optometrist that was at the eye doctor during my visit who did a rough job. They have since did a follow up and corrected my prescription. So needless to say these frames are of no use to me and I’ll be donating them. I’m very disappointed because they’re adorable. But again, the customer service was on point and will attempt a second purchase with my correct prescription. —Edit— These frames were a specialty sale and do not qualify for the 15 day refund/return/reprocess policy. I was aware when I purchased them. I thought my prescription was correct when the order was placed. I went back to my eye doctor almost 2 weeks after I placed my order and found the prescription I was given was way off. This is no fault of my data entry, nor Lensmart online, but by the optometry office. I appreciate the impeccable customer service of this site

This is my 3rd pair and am beyond happy with my purchases. This time I ordered glasses that turn into sunglasses when I go outside except there not so dark. So I guess there not such good sunglasses.

I love the frames and style, but the lens are not very easy to view with ( my other pair are okay). The rhinestones are beautiful but they are starting to come off my first pair.

Was very leery since I had never used this company before, but I am very happy and impressed with the glasses. According to tracking, the glasses were done within a couple days so off to a GREAT start, but the delivery time was horrible… thank you, United States Postal Service. Other than delivery time, I would highly recommend Lensmart.
