Ordered from this sham of a company and received prescription glasses that were unusable. Awful varifocal lines that look like windows. Lenses that were supposed to be thinned that weren't and the customer service department, you go round in circles with the same questions over and over. And if you try to return the shipping costs are extortionate! Don't waste your money with the sham of a company. Oh and they will offer you a partial refund if you take down your bad review.

SCAM!!!! Don't waste your money with this bogus company. I contacted USPS and was told that my replacement package had incorrect address that was totally Lensmart error. The package was returned back to Lensmart according to representative at USPS. Lensmart is trying to say I need a statement from USPS that they don’t do. I was told to have Lensmart contact USPS at 1-800-275-8777 with the tracking number and they would let Lensmart know that they addressed the package incorrectly and the package did not have my address. Now Lensmart saying they can’t call to confirm that they were the ones at fault here! This has been going on with them since April 2026 when original glasses sent to me broke in 2 days!! No resolution in all this time and they have my $61 and I have no replacement glasses!

I have received the glasses. I ordered progressive lenses, and the prescription is incorrect. I cannot use the glasses at all. The colour of the frame is slightly different from the website, which is the smallest of problems. So disappointed; a waste of my money. Will never order from them again if it is too good to be true it is a rip off

Lensmart lies and when you pay with your south african debit card for their services, you have to open a PayPal account and a whole other bank account in south Africa for a refund if a refund that is due to you. Please do your research before approaching lensmart. I really feel like I've been scammed!

This company is filled with idiots. They ask the same question over and over. I’m sure I’m gonna get the wrong order. There is no one to talk to and they have the weirdest hours. They are working from 430am to 130pm. I paid for express shipping but now they said the glasses will not be ready for two weeks. It’s a joke. Beware! They say that they haven’t heard from me but I have been in constant contact with them. They seriously don’t know how to deal with customers. They have bad customer service. Stick with Zenni optical on line. They are lots better

I don't reccomend at all !!! I ordered a pair of glasses that were advertised as metal on the site but when they arrived i was dissapointed to see that they were actually cheap plastic. They came crooked and even the optician refused to repair them becuse of their poor quality, as they would break. The return and refund policy is horrible!! i wanted to return those glasses and the only way to do that is through mail. I was waiting a lot for a reaponse and when i got them they kept insisting on exghanging them instead of getting a refund, after i clearly said what i wanted. In the end i ended up keeping them because the shipping for the return was much more expensive than the glasses themselves! Their glasses are pretty and cheap but if you depend on your glasses, like i do, i don't recommend buying from them foe daily usage.

Follow up after care is awful. Ordered 2 glasses and 1 was ok but the other was blurry. They blamed the prescription but as stated the other glasses were fine. They also wanted an extra £40 to fix the problem.

Wrong prescription even though I sent a clear photo. In order to get a refund I need to pay to send them to USA! Awful service. Would not recommend
