Purchased 2 times (10 pairs). First order had issue with lenses which was rectified without issue. New lenses sent and I was able to switch over myself following the instructions they sent. Second order absolutely perfect and at a fraction of the price of Specsavers. Thank you Lensmart

Awesome service
I got my order wrong with the lenses and frames I purchased for my mother - they helped me via online chat and got me replacement lenses for a good value with the shipping and were super helpful. I was able to install the lenses myself with a video . Thank you! Great customer service! And we love the lenses! I have the same ones
