Guys stay away from this company, they are fraudulent and scammers, they sent me eye glasses with terrible lenses that i couldn't put them on at all because they cause me headache and blurred vision, i have tried to contact them but they never respond, they took my money and gone, be aware of those scammers everybody, my order no. Absolutely the worst. I needed to complete a return for one of the glasses I received and they have given me the run around. I wish I would have read the Trustpilot reviews before purchasing. They only offer a partial refund and then require you to ship your glasses at your own cost. Their customer service is overseas so they only respond in the middle of the night. There is no phone number to speak to a representative. If I don't receive a resolution to my issue in the next couple of days I'll have to report them to the BBB or FTC. because as others has mentioned, I suspect they may be a scam. Stick with Eyebuydirect or Warby Parker. Updated 5/4/2023 I actually went back and noticed that the back and forth with customer service has been going on since 4/17/2023. I received communication from Lensmart after leaving this review but surprise, still no resolution just the same run around.

I ordered two pairs of glasses, I waited giving them a chance due to them being international. When I noticed I still had not gotten them I reached out and they sent me this long email basically confirming my shipping numbers and something about the carrier. I let them know my frustration and how I was highly disappointed. Another week went by and the "New York" shipping update had not moved, I show up to my local post office just for them to tell me that basically there was no record of said package in New York nor any information to it heading our way from the East cost. I immediately emailed canceling my order and requested a full refund. We shall wait, I am going back to Eyebuydirect where they took very good care of me.

There’s no section on their website for returns I’ve emailed them twice with no response and there is no phone number, never again!!!!

Horrible company!! I ordered a pair of glasses that the prescription is wrong. And they don’t fit right! Make me dizzy when I put them on! Contacted customer service and was told they won’t refund them! They can’t find my order number. I sent a copy of billing and they just say sorry no refund!! Worst experience I’ve had with an online business!!!!

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I ordered two weeks ago and it gave me a shipping number that hasnt updated in almost a week. usps just says it is waiting to receive the package and then i see all the reviews on here. i will be contacting customer service and requesting a refund, and/or reporting fraud with my bank.

Evri did not deliver my order to a safe place so I haven’t received my order it is lost. Lensmart just say I need to take it up with the courier even though they’re not the ones who can refund me only they can. I have sent them proof that evri say I never got the parcel and it’s lost but they’re refusing to refund me. Awful customer service. All they have to do is claim it with the courier service they use themselves. I physically cannot do this as I didn’t send it!!!

They missed my glasses up paid 200 for them and cant even wear them, contacted them and they refused to do anything, offered me a 25 % discount. No i wont be ordering again i want my money back so i can purchase glasses i can actually wear
