Absolutely marvellous
I ordered 3 pairs recently & they arrived today. I'm absolutely delighted with them 😊 They fit perfectly, much better than glasses I have previously bought from other companies. I love the colours & will definitely be buying from Lensmart again ☺️

Broken glasses, great customer service,fast replacement
After receiving some glasses that were broken, lensmsrt did a great job with the customer service. They made sure to check everything was right and will send me a new pair. The process was fast and I appreciate the help i got. I would definitely recommend lensmart to my friends and family.

I’ve seen people with bad experiences…
I’ve seen people with bad experiences with lensmart but I actually like them! The frames and lens I ordered were good quality not flimsy. Will definitely order from them again

J’ai eu une très belle expérience avec…
J’ai eu une très belle expérience avec le service à la clientèle de Lensmart. Une de mes branches de lunettes était brisée (problème bizarre) et Lensmart m’en a envoyé une nouvelle paire. Très bon service après vente! Ils répondent rapidement aux courriels.

Not a single issue! VERY SATISFIED
Prompt delivery comfortable sturdy frames that fit perfectly. Love my glasses! Gaius in brown and Ciprian in brown.

I love all of my glasses that I get…
I love all of my glasses that I get from here. Customer service was fairly easy to work with when I broke the arm knoch off my new pair. Overall quality of all my orders has been great for the price.

10/10 customer service…
After the courier company had me running like a headless chicken for weeks and loosing my package . Lansmart customer service agents helped redeliver my package free of charge and answered every email I sent even at midnight. 10/10 customer service
